You will find there traditional Greek dishes, cooked daily with fresh and organic vegetables from their garden (which I've seen personally), together with great hospitality! And if you are lucky enough, you will be able to try the best Galaktoboureko in the world... I already miss this place.

Chances are that everything you eat there is organic, grows in her own garden and is full of flavour. Needless to say that her husband is a shepherd and thus the lamb should definitely be on your table. It is situated under a huge tree in the church courtyard and absolutely picturesque. Don’t forget to try the rice pudding. An experience to remember.

Tell her your story and she will cook someth to make you feel even better. Very generous and thoughtful person such as the attitude of the whole village. Also take a moment to explore the 15th century church, Dimitra will tell how to get there, it's like 2,5 min walk from her café. Well I said it all, I’m glad we met her so we keep up as good friends.

Friendly and attentive service, place situated in the centre of this typical village under the shade of a gorgeous platanus tree, you get to see the life as a local.

All the traditional dishes she daily cooks with passion and love are homemade, because she really has the only aim to let you enjoy your lunch or dinner: your satisfaction is her one! Homemade wine and raki as well as traditional desserts aren't missing. Sitting for a bit at her tables on the terrace in the shadow of a typical huge old Platanos tree, relaxing and chatting with Dimitra and other local customers, allows you to taste the real traditional Crete ancient atmosphere, slowing down our all day life pace and gliding in a place with no time.
