★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω στείλει e-mail εξηγώντας αναλυτικά τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζω με αυτοκίνητο που αγόρασα καινούριο πριν ενα χρόνο. Έχω πάρει και πόσα τηλέφωνα για να λάβω σαν απάντηση ότι σε 24 ώρες θα έχω κάποια απάντηση, η οποία δεν έρχεται ποτέ. Τελικά σεβασμός μηδέν προς τον πελάτη, ανύπαρκτο after sales ενδιαφέρον, ερασιτεχνισμός και αδιαφορία. Μετάνιωσα πραγματικά για την επιλογή μου.
 I have sent an email explaining in detail the problems I am having with a car I bought a new one a year ago. I have received and how many phones to receive in response that within 24 hours I will have an answer, which never comes. Ultimately zero customer respect, no after sales interest, amateurism and indifference. I was really sorry for my choice.

1) Δεν αποτυπώνει σωστά το περιεχόμενο του ντεπόζιτου και τα υπολειπόμενα χιλιόμετρα (δείκτης βενζίνης – ψηφιακή καταμέτρηση) ανεβοκατεβαίνει.
2) Το κάθισμα οδηγού & η ζώνη ασφαλείας τρίζουν.
3) Στην ανηφόρα όταν σηκώνω χειρόφρενο το αμάξι «τσουλάει»
4) Στην κατηφόρα όταν βάζω όπισθεν το αμάξι μυρίζει.
5) Τα πετάλια (συμπλέκτης) τρίζει
6) Το USB κολλάει και χρειάζεται ΠΕΡΙΟΔΙΚΆ restart!
7) Δυσκολία να μπει η πρώτη και η όπισθεν
Παρά τις 3 επισκέψεις που έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί στο συνεργείο συν την αλληλογραφία που υπάρχει με Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό,
δεν μπορεί να βρεθεί λύση και το χειρότερο δεν μπορεί να εντοπιστεί ούτε το πρόβλημα!!!
Ενώ στις 2/4/2019 με ενημέρωσαν απο το συνεργείο ότι το εργοστάσιο της Γερμανίας ΤΕΛΙΚΑ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΕ!!!! πως το λογισμικό που έχει περαστεί είναι λάθος, δεν υπήρξε επικοινωνία έκτοτε.
Όσο για την εταιρεία ... θα ΞΑΝΑΣΤΕΙΛΕΙ το αίτημα!

Ecosport 1000 (125 hp) 8 months
1) It does not capture the contents of the tank correctly and the remaining kilometers (petrol indicator - digital counting) go up and down.
2) The driver's seat & seat belt creak.
3) On the uphill when I raise the parking brake the car "slips"
4) On the downhill when I put the car backwards it smells.
5) The pedals (clutch) creak
6) USB crashes and needs PERIODICALLY restart!
7) Difficulty to enter the first and the reverse
Despite the 3 visits that have taken place in the workshop plus the correspondence that exists with Greece and abroad,
no solution can be found and worst of all the problem cannot be identified either !!!
While on 2/4/2019 I was informed by the workshop that the factory in Germany FINALLY ANSWERED !!!! that the software that has been passed is wrong, there has been no communication since.
As for the company ... it will SEND the request AGAIN!
After sales service non-existent - products defective!

Unacceptable. I bought a new fiesta st line 2 years ago and from the first 5 months I have problems which problems continue until today, December 16, 2020. .. You can not communicate with anyone completely indifferent. .. I have thrown away 18000 ... Far from the worst there is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχω αλλαξει αρκετα αμαξια.Η μετα την πωληση εξυπηρετηση σε ολες τις μαρκες ηταν αψογη ,με κατανοηση και προθυμοι να εξυπηρετησουν.Στην συγκεκριμενη μαρκα απλα κοροιδευουν και δεν ενδιαφερονται να εχουν ικανοποιημενο τον πελατη.
I have changed several cars. The after-sales service to all brands was impeccable, understanding and willing to serve. In this particular brand they are just kidding and are not interested in having a satisfied customer.
