They made me wait for twenty minutes after writing my name and phone number. Nobody even talked to me. What is this company representing rudeness???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service experience ever. On a scheduled appointment I had to wait over 40 minutes just to talk to a mechanic. It turned out that he was rude and unwilling to help.. It was the last time I gave my hard earned money to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wrong diagnosis ( diagnosed as fuel problem ) ended up in having to replace the transmission (6500€ and 3 months without a car ) . Got the car back today from another service after paying for a regeneration on the catalyst still having the same issues . I only recommend using this shop for basic service ( oil, breaks etc). Next car will be a different brand. One with better service
