Αγοράστηκε αυτοκίνητο από τη συγκεκριμένη αντιπροσωπεία, το service όλο δικαιολογίες και υπεκφυγές για να μην φτιάξουν το πρόβλημά μου που στο κάτω-κάτω είναι πρόβλημά τους εφόσον το αυτοκίνητο δεν έχει κλείσει ούτε μήνα... Αυτό που με πείραξε πάνω από όλα είναι ότι λέγανε άσχετες δικαιολογίες (αν ήμουνα άσχετος από αυτοκίνητα θα της πίστευα), μετά από δύο ραντεβού που δεν έγιναν ούτε τα βασικά (8:00-16:00) αποφάσισα να μην ξαναπάω.
Σήμερα 16/6/22 σε άλλη αντιπροσωπεία σε ένα ραντεβού τα προβλήματά μου τελείωσαν, δεν καταλαβαίνω τι ήταν το τόσο δύσκολο που σε δύο ραντεβού δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν και κάποια άλλη αντιπροσωπεία το έκανε σε ενα ραντεβού. (8:00-14:00)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an computer problem with your car, go better to another Ford service center. This guy's have absolutely no understanding and damaged electronic parts. If I can give minus points I will give five stars?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having acquired our family car at Sfakianakis a year ago, The first service was performed at the same dealership.
On the bright side, staff is positive & welcoming with good communication. The rest area is decent, in the same area as the service area, one floor bellow the ground - ok/ not great.
Despite there was an appointment, a lot of time was needed to complete the service (a fairly basic maintance I guess as it's the first one) and for me this meant several hours spent waiting.
I may not comment on the maintenance itself. I can only guess it was performed properly.
