★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το αυτοκίνητό μου το πάω 9+ χρόνια στο ίδιο κατάστημα,επί 9 χρόνια όταν άλλαζα τα λάδια μου χρέωναν 5lit ....όταν διάβασα το manual του αυτοκινήτου έλεγε 3,9lit και σε παρένθεση έγραφε μαζί με φίλτρο λαδιού!.... Με δύο λόγια οι κύριοι με εξαπατούσαν συνειδητά....επίσης τα λάδια που χρησιμοποιούν ως motul δεν είναι γνήσια motul αλλά χύμα!....αυτό το καταμαρτυρεί η συσκευασία τους που δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τα γνήσια motul...μιλάμε για απύθμενο θράσος.... το λάθος μου είναι ενώ έχω όλα τα παραστατικά από το πρώτο service(9+ χρόνια) δεν τους έκανα ακόμα μήνυση. Όταν τους ρώτησα πόσα λίτρα λάδια παίρνει το αυτοκίνητό μου σύμφωνα με τον κατασκευαστή, δεν μου απάντησαν άμεσα αλλά μετά από συμβούλιο την επόμενη μέρα!!........
 I have been taking my car to the same store for 9+ years, for 9 years when I changed my oils they charged 5lit .... when I read the car manual it said 3.9lit and in parentheses it said together with an oil filter! .... two words the gentlemen were consciously deceiving me .... also the oils they use as motul are not genuine motul but in bulk! .... this is protested by their packaging which has nothing to do with genuine motul ... we are talking about bottomless audacity .... my mistake is while I have all the documents from the first service (9+ years) I have not yet sued them. When I asked them how many liters of oil my car takes according to the manufacturer, they did not answer me immediately but after a consultation the next day !! ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άρτια εξυπηρέτηση και συμπεριφορά ειδικά από τον κ Αντώνη. Πρόθυμος να ακούσει όλες τις παρατηρήσεις με προσοχή και να βοηθήσει όσο μπορεί για θα θέματα του οχήματος. Να είστε γέροι και άξιοι σε αυτό που κάνετε!! Μπράβο σας !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα την εταιρία χθες. Παρά το ασήμαντο πρόβλημα που είχα στην gs1200 εξέτασαν τα πάντα με προσοχή και μου υπέδειξαν τι πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί. Μου χορήγησαν όχημα εξυπηρέτησης κ με ειδοποίησαν τηλεφωνικά όταν είχαν τελειώσει . Δεν είμαι κάποιος επώνυμος ούτε έχω κάποιον γνωστό στην εταιρία γ να μου συμπεριφέρονται με εξαίρεση. Άψογοι κ ευγενικοί όλοι τους κ με έκπτωση όπου τους έπαιρνε χωρίς να το ζητήσω.καλή η BMW αλλά είναι εκεί που είναι γιατί έχει εργαζόμενους σαν αυτα τα παιδιά που τον πελάτη τον αντιμετωπίζουν πρώτα σαν άνθρωπο.
I visited the company yesterday. Despite the minor problem I had with the gs1200, they looked at everything carefully and told me what needed to be replaced. They provided me with a service vehicle and notified me by phone when they were finished. I am not a surname nor do I have someone known in company c to treat me with exception. Flawless and polite all of them and with a discount where he took them without asking for it. BMW is good but it is where it is because it has employees like these guys who treat the customer first as a human being.
