T	Thomas B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είστε τουλάχιστον απατεώνες. Μου υποσχεθήκατε στο τηλέφωνο (στις κλήσεις που ηχογραφείτε) ότι αν κάνω αναβάθμιση σε VDSL δε θα έχω προβλήματα. Όχι μόνο έχω, αλλά έχουν πολλαπλασιαστεί. Σας καλώ από τον Δεκέμβριο(πάνω από 15 φορες), γιατί μονίμως έχω πρόβλημα. Είμαι πάνω από 10 χρόνια πελάτης. Έχω εκτεθεί επαγγελματικά 2 φορές εγώ και σήμερα ο γαμπρός μου. Και όχι, δεν μπορώ να γνωρίζω εκ των προτέρων πότε θα έχω Skype call, για να κάνω επανεκκίνηση στο router που μου πουλήσατε. VDSL και έχω ταχύτητες 56kbps. Είμαστε σοβαροί; Τόσα χρόνια σας πληρώνω κανονικά και στην ώρα μου. Θα αλλάξω πάροχο, λόγω της ασυνέπειας σας και των υπηρεσιών που δεν έχω. You are at least scammers. You promised me on the phone (in the calls you record) that if I upgrade to VDSL I will not have problems. Not only do I have, but they have multiplied. m	minnie mickey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χθες έπεσε η ταχύτητα απο 100 στα 40 και μετα έφτασε στα 80 και ανεβοκατεβαίνει και η τεχνική υποστήριξη της εταιρείας αρνήθηκε να το δουν και να το διορθώσουν θα τα γράψω δημόσια σε ολες της δημοσιεύσεις δεν μπορεί να ειμαι ενταξει εγω καθε μηνα με τα χρήματα στην ωρα τους τον λογαριασμού και να μην με εξυπηρετούν εγω αυτο το μνμ μεχρι να το φτιάξετε για να δουν ολοι δημόσια τι υπηρεσίες εχετε θα το βαζω σε ολες της δημοσιεύσεις Yesterday the speed dropped from 100 to 40 and then it reached 80 and goes up and down and the technical support of the company refused to see it and fix it I will write them publicly in all its publications I can not be okay every month with the money on time their account and not to serve me this mnm until you make it so that everyone can see publicly what services you have I will put it in all its posts
H	Helen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φύγαμε από cosmote για να πάμε καλύτερα στην Nova..κ μας βγήκε χειρότερο...μας χρέωσαν κληση ενώ δεν έχουμε καν σταθερό στο σπίτι..και η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι μπορούμε να δουμε αναλυτικά το λογαριασμό στο site.ΝΤΟΠΗ ΣΑΣ We left cosmote to get better at Nova..and it turned out worse for us ... they charged us a call while we do not even have a landline at home..and their answer was that we can see the account in detail on the site.YO LOCATION

Θ	Θόδωρος Ιωαννίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω 1 αστέρι γιατί δεν μπορώ να βάλω λιγότερο. Διακοπές στο τηλέφωνο και στο internet από την πρώτη ημέρα. Ταχύτητες στο internet (όταν λειτουργούσε) από 0,2 έως 4 mbps. Αφού έκανα υπομονή 20 μήνες διέκοψα τη σύνδεση και άλλαξα πάροχο. Με τον νέο πάροχο η ταχύτητα είναι από 12 έως 14 mbps. Και το αποκορύφωμα είναι ότι με κάλεσε δικηγορικό γραφείο για να με ενημερώσει για τον λογαριασμό με υπόλοιπο 27 ευρώ το οποίο έχει ημερομηνία λήξης μετά από 15 ημέρες. Τελικά εκεί στη NOVA είστε πολύ μπροστά (15 ημέρες). Δεν πρόκειται να επιστρέψω ποτέ στην εταιρεία σας. I put 1 star because I can not put less. Holidays on the phone and on the internet from day one. Internet speeds (when operating) from 0.2 to 4 mbps. After 20 months of patience I disconnected and changed provider. With the new provider the speed is from 12 to 14 mbps. And the highlight is that he called me a law firm to inform me about the account with a balance of 27 euros which has an expiration date after 15 days. Finally there in NOVA you are far ahead (15 days). I will never return to your company.
