Καταχωρήθηκε αίτημα να με καλέσει υπάλληλος για συγκεκριμένο χρονικό σημείο, δε με κάλεσε ποτέ, εδώ και σχεδόν ένα μήνα!
Η υπηρεσία που προσφέρει η Νοβα, είναι φτωχή. Οφείλει να βελτιωθεί άμεσα γιατί έχει εκατοντάδες χιλιάδες πελάτες...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, φιλικό προσωπικό. Η κα Κυριακή με άρτια τεχνική κατάρτιση μας έλυσε όλες τις απορίες. Κάναμε σύνδεση EON 100 FIBER ενώ είχαμε ήδη Nova, πήραμε επιτόπου το router και την επόμενη ημέρα μας πήραν από το τεχνικό τμήμα για εγκατάσταση την αμέσως επόμενη ημέρα.
Prompt service, friendly staff. Ms. Kyriaki solved all our questions with perfect technical training. We made an EON 100 FIBER connection while we already had Nova, we got the router on the spot and the next day they took us from the technical department for installation the very next day.

Real solution: cancel nova and never look back to this joke of a company

This branch is being ran as a gang.
You cannot reach a manager or escalate any issue.
They will just feed you some words and promises and you will nothing at the end. They will not even answer you.
This openion is after years of issues with this company as ISP
