★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience shopping here. They did not provide a VAT refund for my shopping. They promised that it will be processed within a few weeks and I just need to mail the stamped receipt back to them which I did. It’s been two months now and they are finding excuses not to provide my refund. I would not shop here again and customer service was very rude as they said why I am fighting over “such a small amount”.
