★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered one of the breakfast menus and remained totally satisfied both from the quantity and the variety offered. The pancakes could be better, thought. Generally, excellent choice for breakfast, with nice value for money, and panoramic view to the caldera.

We were dining in to have dessert. Another couple bought ice cream and then wanted to sit and eat it. The server loudly told them they had to pay the difference because it cost more for the service to sit down. Rude.
At another occasion we came to get ice cream and the person working there said they don’t allow tasting. Should I return the whole scoop if I don’t like the taste? You chose to open a shop at a tourist spot - know how to take care of your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very rude. I think it's a cute place, and the pastries and cakes look beautiful. But because they were so rude I decided to only order one and take away. The baklava. It was quite good, but nothing particularly exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got; galaktoboureko, tiramisu and baklava. All three were very-very good, very well priced.
The staff (as per other reviews) was unkind, especially one lady serving. However it didn't detract from the experience. She's not angry at you, she's angry at everyone, don't be offended, this is how a lot of family businesses are run, but do try this bakery if in the area.
