F	Frank Freedman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the FOS Residential Apartments twice. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Plaka area. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and really nice. Bed was good, washroom with a shower (a little tight but manageable) and a second bathroom in the main area of the apartment. Large sitting area, dining table and all the appliances that you could require during a stay (except for a washer/dryer). There was a small view of the Parthenon but it was a very small view and there was no point in paying extra for it. WiFi was good and there were a couple of TV's with a few channels available in English. I would like to commend Cristina at the front desk, as she was OUTSTANDING. Super helpful with her recommendations and arranging some things. The big BUT is the street noise. There is double pane glass but unfortunately, it is not very effective at all as we heard everything from the street (people talking, cars going by) and it was difficult to get to sleep at night. Otherwise, the FOS Residential Apartments were great.

The location is superb right in Plaka amongst the shops and restaurants. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious. This exceeded all expectations and we will be back! George was an amazing and friendly host. The beds are very comfortable!!! Definitely worth staying at!

Apartment was spacious, and the mirrored windows + second half bathroom were a nice touch. George was on-site to check us in (early!) and his daughter helped us get a cab to airport on way out. Overall good value and would certainly stay here again. P.S. there is an elevator if needed, not always the case in Greece.

Plaka is known for it's small narrow yet breathtakingly beautiful streets and this apartment has a lovely view of some of the Plaka streets and the Acropolis. Some of the best eating joints are a few minutes walk and most tourist spots are also walkable from here. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a coffee machine and coffee pods were complimentary. The bed was king size and super comfy. Most places we stayed at in Greece did not have spacious beds hence a huge bed was highly appreciated. The hosts were warm and hospitable and gave suggestions for things to do around. And yes, the place is spotless clean. We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Athens.
J	J Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was GREAT! George, the manager, was incredibly nice and helpful. If he wasn’t at the front desk he was easily available by phone. The room was very modern and everything worked well; they even had an espresso machine you could use! A/C worked wonderfully; the couch and bed were very comfortable and clean. They have a small elevator and a winding staircase. It is very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Though, due to it being so close to so much, it was noisy at times into the night, but that’s to be expected in the area and we were on the second floor. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Units are spacious and spotlessly clean and the daily housekeeping was a highlight as most apartment rentals will only have weekly service. George and his daughter Christina were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough positive things about this place and will highly recommend to friends and family visiting Athens.
A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The big issue with this place is the noise coming from the street: the restaurant just downstairs will make noise and music until very late in the night (1-2AM), there is a church nearby which rings bells very early in the morning.. so I found it hard to sleep well. I recommend ear plugs before coming here. Also, parking in the area is a nightmare so better to be without a car.
