I arrived to order at 6.09 pm and they didn't want to let me sit down because they say the kitchen closes at 6.30 pm, I am traveling with 2 children who were hungry. To my great indifference, they sat me down with the condition that I quickly order the food. They did not give me plates or cutlery for the meat I ordered and the hot drinking water. I had to order the children's food for the room and it arrived at 7:30 already cold. my kids didn't eat it and went without eating that night. one definitely expects friendly service and she is quite rude. I traveled for 11 days to Greece, this had to be the best hotel and it was the worst in terms of service.
