★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veritas Yachting Europe GmbH, currently under the brand name of Four Seasons Yachting, has not complied with the yacht charter agreement. Despite the very early payment of all costs, I was notified two weeks before the cruise that the yacht would not be there. According to the contract, an "equivalent" replacement yacht should be delivered. But Vertitas Yachting preferred to pay the money back rather than bear the cost of the replacement yacht. It seems that my flight tickets for several people, vacation, preparations for the cruise are not important to them: only their business. I highly do not recommend charter yachts with Veritas Yachting Europe.
