They even drove to Palekastro where we stayed to give us the car so we didnt have to drive to Sitia by bus to get the car. Further we could prolong our rental just with a whatsapp message. I would use their service again immediately!

I basically found him in the web, sent him a text the evening before to arrive to Crete and when I arrived in Crete from Rhodes by ferry was at the Sitia Port waiting for me with my rented car ready to go?? We flew into Sitia and were met directly at the airport and the same was true for dropoff at the end of our visit. Nikitas was very easy to communicate with via Whatsapp and email, reaching out to us prior to our trip to confirm our arrival time and was flexible with the time to return the car at the end of our trip. Definitely recommend.

Our ferry was late...no problem...we were early to the airport...no problem. We got a great little car, Fiat Panda, for a great price. Better then some other companies quoted, and on short notice. Lucky us! 10 days driving around Crete with zero problems! Thank you Nikitas and Freedom Rentals!!

The service is efficient, reliable, fast and friendly. Cars are personally delivered to you at the airport and collected from you on departure. Prices are excellent too. Nikitas was utterly brilliant and very friendly. Best car hire company you’ll ever use.

You need a strong, smaller car as there are many mountains and parking spaces are small in the city. Nikitas provides excellent service and meets you when you arrive and depart. This is much better service than the big car rental companies and at very competitive prices. Excellent experience overall and will recommend them.

I was able to easily communicate with Nikitas through WhatsApp which made everything very easy . Nikitas was incredibly friendly , polite, professional, with almost immediate responses and using very good English . Overall the service was exceptional , they even arranged a collection from the airport for us as we were arriving late. The car was also great, in good condition and without problem. I would highly recommend their services. We are considering returning to this area next summer again and if we do will definitely book our car hire with Freedom Rentals again.
