Ubicacion is perfect, the room small buy very nice!!! And everybody working there were helpful and always nice!

Super friendly reception staff. Cleaning staff /hotel very noisy unable to sleep in. No views. No shower enclosure or curtain means all bathroom is wet after showering. No desk to work from. Fridge located on wardrobe doesn't cool anything /overheating inside wardrobe.

Very Welcoming and comfortable accommodation. The Breakfast was a fantastic array of Greek food and treats. So close to the Port and Little Venice. Jenny was a fantastic ambassador of the Hotel with great local knowledge.

perfectly located, beautiful garden and amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. The receptionist is very nice, comforting and helpful with everything you want to know. We stayed in the connected Villa Pineliopi apartments and had breakfast in the hotel’s garden. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is also included in the price, although cars are not allowed in the old town of Mykonos, which we loved as it brings peace and quiet to the old streets (at least in the low season where less tourists are around) but you have to walk the last meters to the hotel with your luggage. I’d recommend the fresh hotel in the low season, as room fares are reasonable at that time of the year.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, clean and affordable price. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is really good. Ask for a room on the 2nd floor with balcony if you can.

The hotel has great location, is comfortable and affordable. My bad experience is more with the reservation process, you have to confirm and reconfirm otherwise they will lose your reservation (they lost ours) and the staff was very rude (they don’t care as they know they are fully booked during the summer. As long as your reservation is confirmed 20 times, the property is actually quite nice

We loved our 3 night stay at Fresh. Very clean, the staff is so nice and friendly. Jenny (who works front dest during the day) is SO helpful! She was always prompt to help us and answer all our questions about Mykonos. Breakfast had good variety and very Greek (which we loved). I have 2 minor criticism; The noises are a real problem, BUT, that is not the hotel's fault. It comes with the perks of having a hotel located in the heart of Mykonos Town - close to absolutely everything you might want to see and do in Mykonos. Second; since it's a small boutique hotel, from midnight until early morning, there is no one at the reception and the door gets locked with a code that only the guests have access to. But I thought that was a problem because people often get drunk in Mykonos and can't figure out the code to enter (which is what happened during our first night and it was very loud and scary). Jenny was attentive to listen when people complained the following morning and assured she had checked the cameras and it was in fact a drunk guest. She makes herself available via phone for any problems at any time which is a good thing. Nevertheless, we loved, we recommend it, and would stay her again!

The host was an amazing friendly woman, we talked a lot with her and helps with everything. The location of this hotel is perfect in the middle of the center. We had a great time!
