★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία από το e-shop ένα γυναικείο παντελόνι σε χρώμα σκούρο μπλε αρχές Αυγούστου, μου το έστειλαν σε χρώμα μπεζ, έκανα επιστροφή με αίτημα για επιστροφή χρημάτων, ζητώντας επιστροφή και των μεταφορικών(2.8€) αφού το λάθος ήταν δικό τους (και όχι δικό μου π.χ. λάθος νούμερο)... Η επιστροφή του αντιτίμου του παντελονιού έγινε μετά από 3 βδομάδες (ίσως και λόγω 15αυγουστου), τα μεταφορικά τα περιμενω ακόμα 2 μήνες μετά.... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ... όχι για το ποσό των 2,8€ αλλά για την αντιμετωπιση....τελικά έγινε η επιστροφή των μεταφορικων 2+μήνες μετα....
I ordered from the e-shop a pair of women's pants in dark blue color at the beginning of August, they sent it to me in beige color, I returned with a request for a refund, requesting a refund of the shipping (2.8 €) since the mistake was theirs (and no my own, for example, wrong number) ... The return of the price of the pants was made after 3 weeks (maybe due to August 15), I am still waiting for the shipping 2 months later .... UNACCEPTABLE ... not for the amount of 2.8 € but for the treatment .... finally the return of the transport 2 + months later ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπράβο στα κορίτσια! Με βοήθησαν να διαλέξω κάτι για να αντικαταστήσω αυτό που είχα ιντερνετικα επιλέξει και τελικά δεν μου άρεσε, μου το κράτησαν μεχρι να ερθει, με εξυπηρετησαν όταν το επέστρεψα και όλα αυτά με ευγένεια και χαμογελο!
