I go to the cash register, I wait more than 20 minutes, it's my turn, the clerk says it is from another store and has been found there by change and we do not have a system to take it out. He calls the person in charge, tells her to change. I have taken out cards, no change is made. I tell her I can not come back, so I got on the phone first. He tried with a pair of pliers, the other customers were waiting and one got angry with me, that it's my fault. I was already angry, I was late and I shouted at her that it is the responsibility of the store. The clerk did not defend me at all. He took it out, DAMAGED the coat, got up and left without the other shopping. The employee is not to blame, but neither am I. He did not have to just say that it is not my responsibility but the responsibility of the company; And not to accuse me in front of 20 people.
