3 όροφο κατάστημα με 1 υπάλληλο προσωπικό ! Σήκωνε τηλέφωνα, εξυπηρετούσε κόσμο, πολυεργαλείο …
Η εξυπηρέτηση που έχω λάβει έως τώρα είναι στο 100%, του βγάζω το καπέλο ! αναμένω τον καναπε για να ανανεώσω την κριτική μου.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst store ever. Liars! Gypsies! If you are a foreigner never go to this store !!! With a sad face, one Mrs. promised us in September to provide free delivery as a gift for long waiting. They did not want to return prepayment to us and denied free shipping finally. We ordered our sofa on 4th of august, they said we will get the sofa in 45 working days maximum. Now it is 24th of OCTOBER!!! Our sofa is not here. A month ago a girl from this store told us that our sofa will be here on 28th of September, it was a lie. On 3d od october another girl lied to me - she does not know, call tomorrow! (Because it was 20 min till the end of her working day, she did not want to work I guess) Today a woman again said that our sofa will be here in Athens on 26th of oct!!!! Its unbelievably!!!! We are very upset :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster service - Employee Stavroula at the delivery department is a complete shame for the company . Will not be bothered to explain everything that went wrong with the sofa delivery will only advise-Respect and value your clients , take action with the valuable feedback your receive ,clearly there is something really wrong with your staff as they are extremely rude and arrogant . Ruins all the nice experience we had while ordering our new sofa . Such a shame
