x	xryssa kou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το Κέντρο δυο φορές σε διάστημα μιας εβδομάδας για εξετάσεις triplex. Κατά την αναμονή- και τις δυο ημέρες-παρατήρησα έκπληκτη ότι τοσο η γραμματέας όσο και μια γιατρός άλλαζαν το κάλυμα του κρεβατιού στο εξεταστήριο χωρίς γάντια.. Ακόμη χειρότερα, δεν μπήκαν καν στη διαδικασία να απολυμάνουν τα χέρια τους αλλά συνέχισαν κανονικά τις δραστηριότητές τους. Προκλητικά αντιεπαγγελματική τακτική πόσο μάλλον στην περίοδο που διανύουμε! Στην υποδοχή, στο ισόγειο, όπου έφθασα νωρίτερα από την ώρα του ραντεβού, η γραμματέας μου συνέστησε να περιμένω στο σαλόνι του ισογείου (οι εξετάσεις έγιναν στον 1ο όροφο). Ανέμενα ότι θα με ειδοποιήσει όμως η ώρα του ραντεβού είχε φθάσει και αναγκάστηκα να κάνω εγώ υπενθύμιση.. Το ίδιο έκανε και άλλη πελάτης έκπληκτη.. Αν η αρμοδιότητά τους τελειώνει στην λογιστική διαδικασία, μήπως θα πρέπει να υπάρχει ακόμη ένα άτομο;; Τελικά, παρόλη την απόσταση που θα χρειάζεται να διανύω, θα μείνω στις σύγχρονες υπηρεσίες του Κέντρου που εμπιστευόμουν για δεκαετίες γιατί τους διακρίνει εξαιρετικός επαγγελματισμός και σεβασμός στον πελάτη.. Κρίμα! I visited the Center twice in a week for triplex exams. While waiting - both days - I was surprised to find that both the secretary and a doctor were changing the bed cover on the examination room without gloves. Worse still, they did not even go through the process of disinfecting their hands but continued their normal activities. Provocatively unprofessional tactics, especially in the period we are going through! At the reception, on the ground floor, where I arrived earlier than the appointment time, the secretary advised me to wait in the living room on the ground floor (the exams took place on the 1st floor). I was expecting that he would notify me, but the time for the appointment had arrived and I had to make a reminder .. Another surprised customer did the same .. If their responsibility ends in the accounting process, should there be another person ?? Eventually, despite the distance I will have to travel, I will stay in the modern services of the Center that I trusted for decades because they are distinguished by exceptional professionalism and respect for the customer .. Too bad!
A	Anestis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το μικροβιολογικο χτες ! Πολύ ευχάριστος χώρος , ευγενικό και φιλικο προσωπικό με αψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Κατά την αιμοληψία παρόλο που δεν είναι ευχάριστη διαδικασία κ δεν τα παω καλά με τις βελόνες, με έκαναν να νιώσω άνετα κ δεν αισθάνθηκα τιποτα ! Θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ σίγουρα!
E	Evangelia Lolou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κόλλησε κορωνοιο η μητέρα μου μετά από υπερηχο στις 24.3 και κατέληξε 2 εβδομαδες μετά. Η γυναίκα που δεν έβγαινε από το σπίτι λογο άνοιας και όλοι οι δικοί της κόλλησαν από την ίδια μετά. Ανεπάρκεια στις προφυλάξεις ούτε πιστοποιητικό ζητήθηκε ούτε θερμομετρηση έγινε σε ασθενή και σύνοδο. Έχω διαθέσιμα στοιχεία σε περίπτωση που θεωρείται από το κέντρο δυσφήμηση My mother had a coronary artery after an ultrasound at 24.3 and it ended 2 weeks later. The woman who did not leave the house due to dementia and all her family got stuck by her afterwards. Inadequacy in precautions neither a certificate was requested nor a thermometer was performed on a patient and a session. I have information available in case it is considered defamatory by the center
v	veronika donna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για τεστ pcr στις 30.12.21. Πριν πάω, κάλεσα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι τα αποτελέσματα θα βγουν στις 10:00 της επόμενης μέρας. Το ίδιο ακριβώς μου είπαν και στη reception. Στις 31.12.21, αφού δεν είχα λάβει κανένα αποτέλεσμα τους κάλεσα να μάθω τι έγινε. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι λόγο φόρτου εργασίας μπορεί να τα έχετε στις 03.01. 2022!!! Μου ζήτησαν το τηλέφωνο να με καλέσουν, αλλά δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ! Αν ήξερα ότι θα αργούσαν τόσο, προφανώς θα πήγαινα να κάνω το τεστ κάπου αλλού! Όχι και να πληρώσω 60 ευρώ και κάνω την αλλαγή της χρονιάς μόνη μου!! Επανέρχομαι με νέα ενημέρωση γιατί θα ήταν άδικο να μην το κάνω. Αφού το αποτέλεσμα στο pcr δεν βγήκε στο προβλεπόμενο χρόνο, χωρίς να το απαιτήσω η ίδια, μου επιστράφηκαν όλα τα λεφτά αφού μου ζήτησαν συγνώμη και μου εξήγησαν τι πήγε στραβά για την καθυστέρηση. Στραβά μπορεί να τύχουν σε όλους μας. Το θέμα είναι η αντιμετώπιση μετέπειτα. Και σε αυτή τη περίπτωση ήταν άκρως επαγγελματική. I went for a pcr test on 30.12.21. Before I go, I called and they informed me that the results will come out at 10:00 the next day. The same thing was told to me at the reception. On 31.12.21, since I had not received any result, I called them to find out what happened. The answer was that due to workload you can have them on 03.01. 2022 !!! They asked me on the phone to call me, but they never called me! If I knew they would be so late, I would obviously go for the test somewhere else! Not to pay 60 euros and make the change of the year myself !! I'm coming back with a new update because it would be unfair not to do so. Since the result on the pcr did not come out in the allotted time, without demanding it myself, all the money was returned to me after they apologized to me and explained to me what went wrong for the delay. Wrong can happen to all of us. The issue is dealing with it later. And in this case she was extremely professional.
