Μας αντικατέστησαν ταχύτατα φανάρι που παραλάβαμε σπασμένο χωρίς επιβάρυνση και ενώ ήταν πολύ πιθανό η φθορά να ήταν ευθύνη της μεταφορικής καθώς η συσκευασία έφερε τις δέουσες σημάνσεις.Συγχαρητηρια κ συνεχίστε έτσι! P	Polydoros Stoltidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ μακριά και καθόλου αγαπημένοι. αντιμετώπισα πρόβλημα στα 4 χρόνια που έχω τους καναπέδες και 3 χρόνια πραγματική χρήση. επικοινώνησα μαζί τους. διότι θεώρησα ότι θα βρεθεί κάποια λύση μιας και γενικά έχω δει μεγάλες εγγύησης σε σκελετούς. φυσικά στο site δεν γράφει πουθενά αν έχουν εγγύηση και πόσο. σύμφωνα με κάποιον υπάλληλο τους αναφέρθηκε στα 2 χρόνια. τίποτα δηλαδή. και φυσικά 3 χρόνια χρήσης κανονικής και όχι κακομεταχείρισης εξάλλου ποιος αγοράζει καναπέ για να τον κακομεταχειρίζεται και τι εννοούμε δηλαδή με αυτό. τέλος πάντων . ένας τεχνικός τους. κάνοντας εκτίμηση από την φωτογραφία είπε ότι έγινε από κακομεταχείριση. οι καναπέδες φανερά 3ης κατηγορίας .και φυσικά. θα ανεβάσω και φωτογραφίες με το πρόβλημα. στο οποίο τελικά δεν με πήραν καν να μου πούνε οτιδήποτε. το μόνο που τους ένοιαζε ήταν απλά να κατεβάσω την κριτική . λοιπόν. χωρίς πολλά πολλά και μιας και δεν εξυπηρετηθηκα. αλλά θορυβκθικα κιόλας. μιας και μου είπαν ότι είχαν δει και τη σχετική ρκιτκη από το νομικό τους τμήμα ξανά ανεβάζω την κριτική πλέον ολοκληρωμένη δεν βλέπω επαγγελματισμό για να τους ξανά επιλέξω. οπότε άδικα ασχολούμαι και πέταξα τα λεφτά μου. να προσέχετε τι αγοράζετε και από πού. όλα τα ποδαράκια από τους καναπέδες έχουν πάρει μια κλείσει προς τα μέσα με αποτέλεσμα να είναι έτοιμα να σπάσουν κάποια και ένα έχει σπάσει. αλλά έσπασε στο σκελετό ο οποίος θα δείτε σε φωτογραφία πως είναι. από την Δευτέρα που τους κάλεσα ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση κανένας. και φυσικά ούτε ένα συγγνώμη για την αναστάτωση εγώ τώρα θα πρέπει να πληρώσω μαραγκό να το ξεμονταρει από κάτω και να το επισκευάσει αλλά και να το φτιάξει πιο σωστά ώστε να μην έχω αύριο το ίδιο πρόβλημα και να με πάνε οι καναπέδες λίγα χρόνια. δηλαδή τι να πω. πραγματικά λυπάμαι. [Συμπληρωματική αξιολόγηση] Αγαπητοί οι καναπέδες όπως και όλα σας τα έπιπλα μιας και τα υπόλοιπα ήταν από εσάς βρίσκονταν εντός κατοικίας η οποία ήταν κλειστεί και συντηρούνταν ο χώρος σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου από 15 - 22 βαθμοί. χωρίς υγρασία κλπ.... Όσο για τον χρόνο συγγνώμη, έχετε δηλαδή αρκετά τέτοια προβλήματα και χρειάζεστε 10 μέρες για να αξιολογήσετε κάτι, εγώ ο ίδιος σας πρότεινα να έρθετε στον χώρο μου και να δείτε τους καναπέδες τους οποίους δεν κατάλαβα γιατί κρίνουμε αν είναι οικονομική η σειρά η όχι, αλλά επειδή μπορεί να το έκανα και εγώ αναφορά, θεωρώ ότι δεν παίζει ρόλο τα πόσα έχεις δώσει αλλά το after sale. ακομα και μετά από 4 χρόνια. όσο για την εγγύηση που αναφέρετε στο ίδιο σας το site δεν αναγράφετε πουθενά για τις εγγυήσης... οπότε δεν μπορώ να ξέρω τι έγινε πριν 4 χρόνια.. το θέμα είναι ότι εγώ περίμενα τηλέφωνο χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν καν για τις πόσες ημέρες, απλά θα δούμε τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε και εν τέλει ούτε καν να ενδιαφερθούν εγώ το τι θα κάνω με τον καναπέ.... away and not at all beloved.
