★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάντα υπάρχει περιθώριο βελτίωσης.Τις περισσότερες φορές υπάρχει μεγάλος χρόνος αναμονής.Κατά τα άλλα είναι εξυπηρετικοί.
 There is always room for improvement. Most of the time there is a lot of waiting time. Everything else is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι το κέντρο διανομής των ΕΛΤΑ στην Κατερίνη. Είναι ένα κέντρο το οποίο δουλεύει αρκετά καλά και οι διανομής γίνονται στην ώρα τους. Οι υπάλληλοι κάνουν ότι είναι δυνατόν για να γίνεται η δουλειά και γίνεται καλύτερα. Οι εγκαταστάσεις θεωρώ ότι θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερες, ώστε να γίνεται καλύτερη και πιο αποδοτική οργάνωση. Από όσο είδα, πρόσβαση για άτομα περιορισμένης κινητικότητας είναι μάλλον δυσκολη.
It is the distribution center of ELTA in Katerini. It is a center that works quite well and the distribution is done on time. Employees do their best to get the job done and get better. I think the facilities could be better to make a better and more efficient organization. From what I've seen, access for people with disabilities is rather difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!Έχεις δέμα με πληρωμένα μεταφορικά για το σπίτι και σου λένε έλα να το πάρεις από εδώ! Στην ερώτηση γιατί να έρθω από εκεί εφόσον έχω πληρώσει μεταφορικά η απάντηση είναι: Είναι καινούργιος ο ταχυδρόμος και τα άφησε!! Πέρα από 2-3 άτομα οι υπόλοιποι είναι οι κλασικοί (ακούνητοι και δυσκοίλιοι αλλά με απαιτήσεις πάντα) ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΙ ΥΠΑΛΛΗΛΟΙ!
Unacceptable !! You have a package with paid shipping for the house and they tell you to come and get it from here! To the question why should I come from there since I have paid shipping, the answer is: The postman is new and he left them !! Apart from 2-3 people, the rest are the classic ones (deaf and hard of hearing but always with demands) CIVIL SERVANTS!
