Very negative experience lived in Greece in August 2021 due to the bad customer assistance in the management of a serious problem to the boat (evidently caused by the lack of ordinary maintenance) All this aggravated by the arrogance and rudeness of the leaders of society

I have been sailing to Greece over 10 times. I have used FYLY Yachting the last three times and I will use them again and again.. Everything was easy and they were extremely helpful from my 1st e-mail to them. They arranged my pick up from the airport - I had pre-order provisions and they were on delivered free of charge from the local super market and the yacht was in top condition! Their staff was extremely helpful and I recommend them with 5 stars!

Professionalism from the beginning from the main office and especially Katerina who had tons of patience with all questions. Very nice week with beutiful sailing experiences and dolphins on the last day. Supermarket delivery from Flora in Mykonos was a catastrophe which delayd us several hours despite several mail conversations.

We had fantastic sailing holidays in the Cyclade. All was perfect. We rented a bareboat catamaran . We had a very good service from FYLY, Rory was our main contact. All our questions before the trip were answered in a very short delay. On site Makes, took care of us. The provisioning was done so that the boat was ready when we arrived. The checkin was done in a pragmatic way. The boat (catamaran FP 45 Greek beauty 2020) was in a very good conditions and well prepared so that we had no problem during our 2 weeks trip. The checkout was also easy. I can recommend this charter company. If we return on day i will for sure work again with them.

DO NOT BOOK LUCKY CLOVER CATAMAN AND BEWARE OF YIANNIS TZORTZIS! On October 1st 2021 the Lucky Clover catamaran with Yiannis Tzortzis as captain, and booked through FYLY yachting has managed to turn a lifelong dream of sailing the famous Greek isles, into a Greek Tragedy! After paying a deposit in advance nearly 3 years ago, we were notified only 1 day prior to our trip that the swells of the sea and strong winds would not allow the yacht to travel the seas to Santorini, Mykonos, Delos, Ios, Naxos, or any of the meticulously planned destinations that we have been researching and longing for since 2018. At the first cancellation due to Covid, a refund was denied but the yacht was rescheduled. We were willing to accept this due to the international pandemic. At the time, we found it odd that a refund was not given or offered. Instead, we were forced to have them hold on to the money and plan a future date. The deposit of more than $8,000 was a lot of money for an international company to hold for multiple years. As a friend group/family of 8 we saved for a long time to be able to afford this trip. Now finally, we are in Athens preparing to depart, when we get this absolutely devastating news that the boat cannot go out on our planned journey due to weather. Of course, we cannot blame the captain for protecting our safety. However, we do hold the Lucky Clover and FYLY liable for the financial outcome. The only resolution that Yiannis offered via one email was to instead spend the week, also in windy and colder weather, to small beach islands off the port of Athens. These islands offered no real sites of archaeological significance, they do not have much in the way of shopping, dining, or tours. This was not an acceptable alternative to the trip that was planned and contracted for. The captain was non communicative with us, offered no other options, and did not discuss any of this with us in any way. He was obligated by contract to treat us as “owners” but did no such thing in any way. After a week of pleading, the only refund offered was for provisions and VAT which, of course could not be charged since they did not provide any services. It represented a very small portion of the >$25,000 payments made. They charged us for all the fuel, docking fees, boat rental, and numerous other charges that were not being incurred. While we understand that the Crew would unlikely be able to book another trip at the short notice, this is no more our fault than theirs. Greece is a wonderful place to visit generally, because it is a tourism and hospitality-based country. I am hoping that this review shines light on the Lucky Clover, Yiannis Tzortzis, and FYLY yachting and shows that not all people within the tourism industry show hospitality. They are holding on to the vast majority of our funds and refusing to refund our group even a reasonable percentage of the money we diligently saved for years to pay them. I am hoping that this review will save another group tens of thousands of dollars lost by booking with the wrong crew!

We sailed on the Kalimar in the Ionian See. The crew, Lliana and Emilio, where a dream team. Emilio for his expertise in handling the ship and anchoring in the most beautiful bays of the islands. Lliana for her culinary skills. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were of top class level. We enjoyed every minute on board. Thanks to Emilio and his " water toys" , the kids (and adults) had the time of their lives. We will remember these holidays for a long time. We only missed the wind, to see how this ship can sail.

Very nice travel and discoveries with friends in the Cyclades isle. Thank you very much to the crew of the Genny yacht for having pampered us during these 2 amazing weeks.

We sailed the Argo-Saronic gulf (Egina, Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Agkistri) with the High Jinks yacht. All islands were different and perfect at the same time. The weather was also much more predictable than Cyclades, so for a family with young kids it was a safer choice. The crew, Kostas, Bozi and Dimitra were truly exceptional. They made us feel welcome and they worked hard to make everything perfect. Dimitra's cuisine is truly outstanding. Each meal was a taste journey by itself. We can easily call this the best week of our life. Highly recommended!
