★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken skewer was the tastiest chicken I’ve ever eaten, the waiters are very fast refilling drinks, food came quickly plus we got grapes and super delicious fried dough with honey and chocolate for free. Amazing atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this gem near our hotel. Arrived about 10PM and got the only open table.
To say this was a great way to start our Greek journey would be an understatement. The feta, the fried cheese, the bread, the wine. Everything was outstanding.
We were surprised to finish with a gorgeous slice of fresh watermelon and then Loukoumades half covered in the most delicious Nutella sauce and half in honey & cinnamon. We finished the meal with Ouzo and tried to get in some movement after all of that deliciousness.
If you are staying in the area (like at the Marriott) you need to check this place out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding tasty Greek food. This place is a little neighborhood gem, with great service. We did Sunday afternoon lunch and it had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food is so flavorful. Menus in multiple languages. 5 min walk from Marriott hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigner from Canada. All staff spoke english and made a genuine effort to being accommodating. Now for the food: incredible! HUGE portions for a more than reasonable price, and the quality is stunning. We took the variety platters to have more tasting options and did not regret it whatsoever.
And the meal came with 500ml of wine and free desert. (Applicable to a certain menu combo)
The lost star is because it took over 20minutes to get out receipt. We asked the waiter and busboy, then had to get up and walk to the front for them to print and bring it.

I am a solo traveler and everyone has been super friendly and very welcoming.
Teodor, my waiter, has been caring and looked after me the entire time of my dinner.
I followed the majority of the reviews and ordered:
Tzatziki, a Greek Salad and a mixed appetisers.
Portions are huge and I couldn’t finish it, so I asked to have it a take away.
They also brought me fresh fruit and their house dessert.
And as a finisher, also a local digestive.
This is a true gem that can be definitely worth a visit, even if you are staying in centre Athens.
The homely, welcomed atmosphere, the beautiful terrace, the high quality food and the friendliness of the entire staff, the outstanding fairness of the prices, make this place a must-to-visit place weather if you are staying for a weekend or for longer.
For me, this is a 10/10 for food, staff & price.
TOP TIP: if you are not a solo traveler, please book in advance.
