I bought two pots, I found that they had bugs, when I returned them the behavior was rude, offensive and without communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me plants infested with mealy bugs, would not even discuss the problem with me when I went back to complain. (Plants had been isolated in a hallway away from all other plants from the time I bought them, 7 days - not that the nursery would even bother to let me explain this.) It’s the disrespect of just walking away while I was mid-sentence that I really disliked, whether or not they decided to refund or replace. (They did neither.)
