C	Chris Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time we have stayed here.. Its location is what we love, two minutes, even if you walk slowly, to the beach. The staff are really helpful, always with a smile (even behind masks at the moment), rooms are compact, but lovely and have awesome beds.. The shower is pretty impressive as well. We did not make use of the pool as we were at the beach every day, but it was popular with other guests with someone on the sun loungers from early morning until sunset everyday. If we return to Naxos (maybe it is time to see some other of the islands, but we do love Naxos) we will definitely return to the Galaxy.
E	Eoghan Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel's location couldn't be better, it's right on the beach and also right beside the main town with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The pool was also really nice. The one drawback from this hotel is that the rooms were quite small. It was a bit too tight with all of our bags but manageable nevertheless!
L	Lisa Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment we entered the lobby, we received such a warm welcome from the staff, it really kicked started our honeymoon stay in Naxos off on a great note! We got our room upgraded and received a lovely bottle of wine and sweet treats to celebrate us. Breakfast was delicious and appreciate the covid measures taken. Proximity to beach was super close and convenient without being actual beach side which we did not want anyway. Sunset view from our room and hotel was spectacular! Would not hesitate to recommend this place and would personally stay here again!
Y	Yanis BENZAHOUANE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bungalows-type budget hotel close to the city center of Chora (around 10 mins walk). Main benefits: - great location (close to the ferry and the main restaurants), - cute white little buildings, - nice and clean room with a balcony access, - very friendly and professional staff, - cute pool area, - free parking access: convenient if you are renting a car or a quad. Main drawbacks: - the hotel does not have a direct access to the beach as shown on some websites (you have to walk for 5 mins). They don’t seem to have sunbath chairs on the beach, - some imperfections in the room (very small safe that didn’t work), broken toilet seat, window was difficult to close the first night and could hear outside noises, - uncomfortable bed mattress (I did have back pain), not as soft as some other hotels, - very disappointing breakfast (see pictures), a few items, poor quality, - poor wifi: had to use my 5G all the time.
D	Dimitra Tsatsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, amazing location and very helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, with really comfortable beds and nice shower. The pool and garden area are well taken care off and perfect for relaxing or having drinks/breakfast. The location is also great, less than a minute walk from the beach and really close to the main town, restaurants, bars and activities. The staff was very accommodating and polite, made us feel very welcome. Would easily stay again and would highly recommend it!
G	Gypsygal Traveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location steps from St George Beach and 10 minute walk into Naxos town. The hotel is beautifully well kept and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Excellent water pressure from the shower. A/C wasn't the best but it it did make a difference. Breakfast buffet is standard- nothing to make it stand out but certainly enough choices. The pool is well maintained and sunbeds quite comfortable. Would stay again
S	Sophia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Galaxy Hotel is a lovely bungalows-type complex, just at the outskirts of the city and very close both to the city center and to very nice beach. The bungalows are surrounded by well tended gardens, while there is also a large swimming pool, with lots of outdoors space, whether one enjoys the sun or a cool shadow. Rooms (including bathrooms) were stylishly renovated, although rather small. Unfortunately, the service didn't do justice to the place; it was very basic both at breakfast (which was very basic) and at the pool. I hope this was only due to covid restrictions and starting this year these services will improve.
F	Follow the Sun 101 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and experience at Hotel Galaxy were top notch! They are so accommodating and the rooms are pretty well thought out! The pool and surrounding area is glorious and outfitted with a nice pool bar. They supply you beach towels by holding €10 per towel and then give it back when you return. You can swap them out as you use them. They have a really good variety of breakfast items at their breakfast buffet. It is also really well staffed so they keep things fresh and filled. They are so kind in helping people with any issues that arise. They are also located conveniently close to the town and only minutes to the sandy beaches. We would definitely recommend this property!
