Μια επαναδιαταξη των προϊόντων μπορεί να το έκανε να μοιάζει πιο τακτοποιημενο κ πιο εύκολο στον πελάτη να κινηθεί κ να βρει προϊόντα που ψάχνει. Small variety, helpful staff, difficult to park, clean. A product rearrangement may have made it look neater and easier for the customer to navigate and find the products they are looking for.

m	marilina g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν έρχεται ένας πελάτης, ο οποίος δεν γνωρίζει από τις τιμές των προϊόντων σου και σου ζητάει κάτι οικονομικό είναι απαράδεκτο κατά τη γνώμη μου να του προτείνεις μόνο ακριβά προϊόντα και να του λες ότι δεν υπάρχει κάτι πιο οικονομικό. Εμένα με έχετε χάσει από την πελατεία σας. When a customer comes, who does not know the prices of your products and asks you for something economical, it is unacceptable in my opinion to offer him only expensive products and tell him that there is nothing more economical. You have lost me from your clientele.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της επιλογής μου η κυρία που με εξυπηρετούσε με παράτησε και ασχολήθηκε με μια άλλη πελάτισασα. Αφού περασσαν ούτε 3 λεπτά και είχα αποφασίσει την αγορά περίμενα να με εξυπηρετήσει αλλά με έγραψε κανονικότατα. Γενικώς το 90% των υπαλλήλων που ειναι στα επώνυμα ειναι αγενείς. Επίσης ένα περιστατικό με δυσαρέστησε με μία υπάλληλο η οποία, ενώ κάθε φορά της λέω ότι δε χρειάζομαι βοήθεια με τις βαφές μαλλιών που παίρνω έρχεται πάνω από το κεφάλι μου και μου προτείνει άλλες μάρκες (ίσως πιο ακριβές), την τελευταία φορά επειδή πήρα οξυζενέ άλλης εταιρείας από αυτήν που πήρα για τις βαφές, μου πρότεινε της ίδιας εταιρείας και της είπα ότι δεν χρειάζεται και η απάντηση της ήταν «δεν ξέρω τι κάνετε εσείς» με αγενές ύφος.
