★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Million dollar views with sea access off the back patio. Within walking distance to the village where you will find several shops and some great restaurants!! Owners Nick and Anna Prewett and most welcoming and are on top of everything here. Housekeeper Anna is great!!

The owners have gone above and beyond with requests and respond super quickly. Absolutely wonderful place.

The rooms are very clean, modern and with everything you need.
The hosts Anna and Nick, are so lovely, and approachable if you need anything.
The village of Messonghi, has the right amount of restaurants and bars , if you fancy a few nights out.
Plus a gorgeous bakery, for some lovely fresh products.
This is our go to place, when life gets a little bit hectic, recharging your batteries.

Great, quiet location, perfect terrace with lots of sunbeds for sunbathing. The sea is right there! View from the balcony is incredible.
Little kitchenette, perfect for cooking any meals, as well as lots of food places nearby.
The hosts, Nick and Anna, were so lovely and helpful, answered any messages quickly and arranged airport transfers for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very start, from booking to going home. The location is stunning, straight onto the beach. Lovely and quiet, a fantastic place to relax and recharge. Our room was ground floor, with a patio area which led directly onto the terrace for sunbathing. The host Nick and Anna are so friendly and ensure your stay is perfect. The cleanliness of the room and surrounding area is impeccable. We will definitely be coming back to these beach studios and can highly recommend them.
