We had amazing holidays in Galini Sea View hotel in April 2022.The food was great ,the room was nice and comfortable with wonderful sea views!Many thanks to the staff for their attention!We will definitely be back!

Hotel very big, beatiful view. Friendly staff.
Will not return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was absolutely perfect stay for our family of 5, close to the beach, good food variants, nice pool area. The manager of the hotel was very sweet and allowed me to use their conference facilities for my early morning meetings, thanks!

We stayed in the hotel in September 2021. Just from the first look at this hotel it's clear that it's far from 4+ stars. Staff was very unpleasant. Rooms in bad condition. Broken shower head, sheets slipping off bed in first minutes of your sleep so you end up sleeping on bare uncovered old mattress....The hotel is up the very steep hill, area around is unorganized mess, dirt,...and a few points for kids that were promised were nonexistent.
You must pay for sunbeds on the beach -not reasonable price.
Food was alright. Sea was wavy, for which surely nobody is responsible, but apparently it's a common thing in Crete. So be aware of that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, our room was nice, small tv but on the other hand we didnt even watch it.
We were in offseason, so not waterslides etc were open. Bus to khania city goes many times in day so it was easy to change the landscape :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was amazing, so friendly, warm hearted and helpful. They cleaned up the room every day, so it was very clean. We loved the peace of the place, super delicious breakfast and the stunning view to sea. If we ever come to Greece again, we will return here. We wouldn't have expected anything more, this place was perfect to stay.
