A hidden gem for sure. Lovely experience from beginning to end! The staff is very lovely and experienced - chose the perfect everyday earrings that I won’t be taking off. Will be going back!

I used to be a regular customer for years, never had anything but positive things to say about Galleria-Armadoro and spent a lot of money with them but that recently changed. Now I refuse to buy from them ever again. Horrific experience and customer service. Refused to resend or refund missing items, despite them admitting it would cost them “absolutely nothing” to do so, and then ignored me on numerous occasions when asking a question about my missing items. Galleria said they were not accusing me of lying about my missing earrings but refused to resend them or refund them even after then telling me and I quote “it would cost us absolutely nothing to resend 2 earrings”. So they acknowledge I paid for a product and hadn’t received it but refused to do anything about it. Kept saying it “100%” was in the parcel but when I asked where it was packed and what with they ignored me every single time apart from on Instagram when I believe it was the owner Dimitra replying, saying I was “accusing the warehouse team of doing something shady”, when in actual fact the whole time I said it was probably a simple mistake. Never once did I insinuate or say otherwise. They sent “evidence” that my missing items were packaged correctly yet the photo was just the items loose, unpacked, unwrapped and not even near any packaging on top of the invoice. The missing items were also the last thing on the order which makes me believe even more that they were just simply accidentally missed out. Had they not ignored me every time I asked how they were packed and what with or, said I was accusing them of “doing something shady” and just told me where in the parcel the earrings were meant to be and how they were packed, I would have been fine with them saying they were in there. The fact they also said it would cost nothing but wouldn’t resend them was the other main factor especially, as they’re acknowledging I paid for a product but did not receive it. This is how they treat a customer that’s been with them for years and bought items from them frequently. I even explained that these items were all Christmas presents and that it was important to me as I never celebrated Christmas the year before due to having covid and how although it would cost nothing to them that’s not always the case for the customer and that I hadn’t worked for a year since my father died of covid Christmas 2020 so the money does affect me. Again, zero acknowledgement for any of that.

I have been a fan of Galleria Armadoro's jewellery line for a few years now. Love their earrings in particular. The quality and design is very unique.

Loved going to their shop and meeting Angelika who was sooooo nice helping me choose! Loved what I picked they have modern stuff :) Also their website is sooooo nice and they ship immediately

Recently i purchased some of their jewellery online. I found them on yoox. The jewellery arrived in a beautifull box and it came with a personal note. The costumerservice was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I bought earing on line. Had a sad experience the 1st time with delivery being late but when it arrived all was forgiven. I have just purchased again on line and after 2 days item is on its way. I have no worries buying on line. The company is first class they reply to any communications quickly and their jewellery is gorgeous true to its picture. I will be buying again.

Always been a fan of GA for the quality pieces and fast delivery of the online orders. The showroom is next level and the experience amazing. You cannot leave with buying only one thing, everything is great. Dimitra was really friendly and helpful too.

I walked into the Athens showroom and had a very welcoming experience from Angelina. She was very knowledgeable. AG has high quality, fashionable products. I am very happy with my purchases. I highly recommend and will return in the future.
