Από τη στιγμή που πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω διαθεσιμότητα για μία πυτζάμα η κυρία Γκλάβα ήταν ευγενέστατη, κράτησε τα στοιχεία μου και με ενημέρωσε ότι θα πάει στο κατάστημα το πρωί να δει αν όντως υπάρχει όπως δείχνει στη σελίδα. Στην ερώτηση γιατί αυτή η πυτζάμα δεν έχει έκπτωση, ενώ οι υπόλοιπες της εταιρείας έχουν, με διαβεβαίωσε ότι και σε αυτή θα γίνει ένα 20% απλώς δεν είχαν προλάβει να το περάσουν σε όλες. Καμία πονηριά από μέρους τους και μπράβο. Τέλος, επειδή δεν είχε έρθει το mail με τον αριθμό αποστολής και είχε φύγει η γυναίκα από το κατάστημα, προθυμοποιήθηκε να πάει στο κατάστημα η ίδια να το ξαναστείλει ενώ ήταν μακριά. Φυσικά είπα όχι στην κα Γκλάβα και η ίδια πήρε την κόρη της που ήταν πιο κοντά και πήγε στο κατάστημα, μου έστειλε το mail και με πήρε τηλέφωνο η κόρη, ευ-γε-νέ-στα-τη. Και να μη το έκαναν πάλι θετικά θα τους αξιολογούσα. Πραγματικά σπανίζουν τέτοιες συμπεριφορές από καταστήματα και εύχομαι έτσι να συνεχίσουν. Χίλια μπράβο! Of course I said no to Mrs. Glava and she herself took her daughter who was closer and went to the store, she sent me the mail and my daughter called me, well done. And if they did not do it again positively I would evaluate them. Such behaviors from stores are really rare and I hope they continue like this. Well done!

Πολύ καλή ποιότητα, εξυπηρετικοι και υπομονετικοί υπάλληλοι. I am not a frequent customer because I do not live close by but when I need a swimsuit or pajamas I always try to be served by the specific store. Very good quality, helpful and patient employees.
