M	Mrf Dim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ!καναμε παραγγελία π έγραφε από 1-3 μέρες μετά μας είπαν ότι κάνουμε λάθος κ έγραφε έως 10 μέρες κ έχει περάσει μίσος μήνας και καθημερινά στο τηλέφωνο μας λένε ότι θα μας το στείλουν αλλά δεν το στέλνουν ΠΟΤΕ κ μας είπαν αν δν θελουμε να ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία γιατί τελικά δεν υπάρχει στην αποθήκη κ διαφορα αλλά ψέματα . Καραγκιοζηδες τελευταία στιγμή πριν τα Χριστούγεννα. WORSE STORE IS NOT EXISTING! We do not want to cancel the order because in the end there is nothing in the warehouse but lies. Karagiozides last minute before Christmas.

The most unacceptable in service. The game came to me broken and for 20 days I am still waiting for a refund while they assured me that it would be done in 2 working days. My employees spoke rudely. I hope my review will protect other people and not suffer same.

Είχα κάνει παραγγελία κάποια προϊόντα στα όποια έγραφαν ότι θα στο κατάστημα σε 10 ημέρες. Δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα με αυτό παρόλα αυτά Με πήρε μία κοπέλα τηλέφωνο η οποία με ενημέρωσε ότι θα είναι την επόμενη μέρα ετοιμοπαράδοτα. Εγώ της είπα ότι θα περάσω σε 10 ημέρες να τα πάρω και θα τα πληρώσει εκείνη την ώρα ή αν χρειαζόταν να τα βάλω μέσω iban τα χρήματα. Ταλαιπωρούμαι από τον Ασπρόπυργο Αττικής να έρθω στο Γκύζη για να με ενημερώσουν τελευταία στιγμή ότι το κατάστημα ανοίγει στις 2:00 μέχρι τις 6:00 χωρίς να το γράφει πουθενά στο site χωρίς να με έχουν ενημερώσει ποτέ με κάποιο e-mail. Λέγοντάς μου ότι η ευθύνη είναι δική μου γιατί είμαι άνθρωπος και μάλλον ξέχασα αυτό που μου είχαν πει στο τηλέφωνο και ότι με συμπονούν.. εννοείται πως σηκώθηκα και έφυγα δεν με εξυπηρέτησε ποτέ κανείς. Οι κοπέλες που απαντούσε τηλέφωνο εργάζονται για ένα e-shop οι οποίες είναι απίστευτα αγενής. Δυστυχώς νομίζουν ότι με ένα e-shop θα τα οικονομήσουν.. μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα οι άνθρωποι είναι άσχετοι. The reviews that this store has say it all ... There is no worse store. I had ordered some products which said they would be in the store in 10 days. I did not have any problems with this however a girl called me and informed me that it would be ready the next day. I told her that I would spend 10 days getting them and she would pay them at that time or if I needed to put the money through iban. I suffer from Aspropyrgos, Attica, to come to Gyzi to be informed at the last minute that the store opens at 2:00 to 6:00 without writing it anywhere on the site without ever being informed by e-mail. Telling me that the responsibility is mine because I am human and I probably forgot what they had told me on the phone and that they sympathize with me .. of course I got up and left, no one ever served me. The girls who answered the phone work for an e-shop which is incredibly rude. Unfortunately they think that with an e-shop they will save them .. away from the specific store people are irrelevant.
K	Kristy B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Παρήγγειλα ένα παιχνίδι το οποίο έλεγε 4-10 ημέρες. Μετά από 15 μέρες δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση σχετικά με την παραγγελία μου. Σε τηλέφωνα που τους είχα πάρει όλο μου έλεγαν ότι θα το ελέγξουν και θα επικοινωνήσουν και εννοείται στο τέλος της ημέρας δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση ούτε τηλεφωνικά ούτε μέσω email. Σε 3η επικοινωνία με ενημέρωσαν πως έχει παραδοθεί στο courier και θα μου έστελναν σχετικό email αλλά πάλι τίποτα. Την επόμενη ημέρα άλλη υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι το προϊόν δεν έχει φύγει από το κατάστημα. Προφανώς έκανα ακύρωση της παραγγελίας και δεν πρόκειται να ξανά παραγγείλω διότι δεν μου ενέπνευσε καθόλου εμπιστοσύνη. Ελπίζω τουλάχιστον να πάρω τα λεφτά μου πίσω.! Unacceptable. I ordered a toy that said 4-10 days. After 15 days I had no information about my order. On the phones I had received, they told me that they would check it and communicate and of course at the end of the day there was no information either by phone or via email. In the 3rd communication they informed me that it has been delivered to the courier and they would send me a relevant email but again nothing. The next day another employee told me that the product had not left the store. I obviously canceled the order and I am not going to order again because it did not inspire any confidence in me. I at least hope to get my money back!
