Γ	ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΜΑΜΑΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί με τη γυναίκα μου για να φτιάξουμε τις μπομπονιέρες του γάμου μας. είδαμε δείγματα διαλέξαμε Τι θέλαμε και μας λέει ο κύριος που ήτανε στο μαγαζί ότι σε τρεις με τέσσερις μέρες το πολύ θα μας πάρει τηλέφωνο να περάσουμε να δούμε τις τελικές μπομπονιέρες πως θα είναι. Σαν δείγματα. τέσσερα τηλέφωνα και δεν το βρίσκαμε πουθενά ευτυχώς που είχαμε πάει και σε άλλο μαγαζί και είχαμε δει και άλλα δείγματα και της παραγγείλαμε από αλλού την τελευταία στιγμή. και προλάβαμε να της παραλάβουμε προπαραμονή του γάμου μας. Και από αναβολή σε αναβολή.... Επαγγελματισμος ΜΗΔΈΝ... Πριν λίγο καιρό ο αδερφός μου παίρνει φωτογράφο για την βάφτιση από εκεί. Τραγικές φωτογραφίες, όλες σκοτεινές σαν καμένες με κομμένα χέρια, κεφάλια σε πολλές από αυτες. Ζήτημα αν από όλες τις φωτογραφίες μπορείς να κρατήσεις έστω και 5 για ενθύμιο από το μυστήριο... Η απάντηση που πήρε είναι ότι έφταιγε η εκκλησία που ήταν σκοτεινή και όχι ο φωτογράφος που του έστειλε (ο Θεός να τον κάνει φωτογράφο).... Ένα 10χρονο παιδί θα έβγαζε πολύ καλύτερες.... Υποψην στην ίδια εκκλησία είχα κάνει και εγώ την βάπτιση του γιου μου πριν 4 χρόνια... Αλλά με κανονικό φωτογράφο... και μάλλον τότε δεν ήταν σκοτεινή... Ξέρω ότι οι καιροί είναι δύσκολοι αλλά λίγο ευγένια δεν βλάπτει!! Το μαγαζί εκείνη την ώρα ήταν άδειο και δεν μπήκε καν στον κόπο να με ρωτήσει αν θέλω να κλείσω ραντεβού έστω και για κάποια άλλη μέρα ή ώρα!! Επαγγελματισμός ΜΗΔΕΝ!! Και επειδή λέτε ότι με προτρεψατε ευγενικά να κλείσω ραντεβού δεν υπήρχε καμία ευγένια και κανένας δεν μου είπε να κλείσω ραντεβού! Ο κύριος ήταν αγενεστατος και το μόνο που μου είπε ήταν να περάσω έξω! Ούτε να κλείσω ραντεβού μου είπε ούτε τίποτα! Ξέρω για το πρόστιμο και ότι μπήκα στο μαγαζί χωρίς να έχω ραντεβού αλλά θα μπορούσε έστω να βγεί μέχρι την είσοδο ώστε να κλείσουμε ραντεβού και όχι να με διώξει! Ας λέμε τα πράγματα όπως γίνονται παρακαλώ! Με υποδέχτηκε ο Παντελής, ένα τρελοκομείο στην κυριολεξία που αν δεν τον ξέρεις σε τρομάζει λίγο γιατί κάνει χαβαλέ και νομίζεις πως δεν είναι σοβαρός επαγγελματίας και δεν θα κάνεις σωστά την δουλειά σου. Κάθε άλλο. Αμέσως μετά την υποδοχή με ανέλαβε η Ηρώ και χωρίς πολλές κουβέντες κατάλαβε ακριβώς τι ήθελα. Με λίγα λόγια ο στολισμός της δεξίωσης άφησε εποχή και το δίδυμο Παντελής-Ηρώ είναι άπαιχτο! Τα εύσημα όμως σ'αυτήν την περίπτωση πάνε στην χρυσοχέρα Ηρώ. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα. Δεν θα σας ξεχάσω ποτέ. Μεγάλη ποικιλία σε είδη και ποσότητα. Πολύ καλές τιμές, από τις χαμηλότερες που βρήκα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευχάριστος και εξυπηρετικός. Έχω κάνει παραγγελία από 17/2 με κατάθεση και ενημέρωση την ίδια μέρα, και σήμερα 23/2 ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει και η κατάσταση έχει ως αναμονή κατάθεσης. Έστω ότι δεν είστε στο Facebook, έστω ότι δεν κοιτάτε τα mail, τις καταθέσεις σας δεν τις βλέπετε ούτε αυτές? Ανυπομονώ να παραλάβω (αν παραλάβω ποτέ) για να τελειώνω με αυτή την τρέλα. Απάντηση στο κατάστημα : Δεν μπορούν όλοι να επικοινωνήσουν τηλεφωνικά ξέρετε και για αυτό υπάρχουν και τα email σας όπως και τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης. Ωστόσο ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση σχετικά με την παραγγελία μου. Πριν τρέξετε να φτιάξετε την εικόνα σας εδώ εξυπηρέτηστε με σωστά για να αναίρεσω η ίδια την κριτική μου. Λάθη γίνονται και είναι αποδεκτά, το θέμα είναι να λύνονται άμεσα κάτι που εδώ δεν έχει συμβεί.Είναι τρομερό που μου προτείνετε τρόπους για να σας " κυνηγάω " εγώ για την παραγγελία μου. A child could have made it better. And for that we paid a lot. If there is a problem, don't count on them!
