Την επόμενη κιόλας ημέρα έγινε η ολική αντικατάσταση του καναπέ (όχι μόνο του σπασμένου κομματιού) και μου τον συναρμολογησε ο μεταφορέας ως ένδειξη κατανόησης για την ταλαιπωρία. I ordered a sofa that came broken (it was not the fault of the store, nor of the person who carried it). The very next day the sofa was completely replaced (not just the broken piece) and the carrier assembled it for me as a sign of understanding for the inconvenience.

Πας από το κατάστημα να κάνεις παραγγελία σου λένε ότι το προϊόν που θέλεις έχει τιμή 15% αυξημένη σε σχέση με του site τους. Ενημερώνουν το site με τιμή λίγο χαμηλότερη από αυτή που είπαν (κατά 12% αυξημένη) για να είναι ελαφρώς μικρότερη από τους ανταγωνιστές.Παραγγέλνεις άλλο κωδικό και γίνεται ακριβώς το ίδιο. Σου τηλεφωνούν να σε ενημερώσουν ότι ενδέχεται να έχει αλλάξει η τιμή και ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν εκ νεου, κάτι που δεν γίνεται και σου ακυρώνουν την παραγγελία χωρίς εσύ να το ξέρεις καν... Bad experience from the store. The prices seem competitive but the truth is that they do not apply. Μου έδωσαν μια απλή αποδειξη μηχανής και ρώτησα αν η παραγγελία γίνεται ονομαστικά σε περίπτωση που χαθεί η αποδειξη, για την εγγύηση. Μου λένε ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΗΜΑΤΙΚΑ "ΌΧΙ". Ρωτάω αν με τον σειριακό μπορεί να γίνει επιστροφή. Επίσης όχι. Ρωτάω σε περίπτωση που την χάσω, γιατί είναι ένα μικρό κομματάκι χαρτί, τι γίνεται; Η απάντηση θα σας τρελάνει. Χωρίς την απόδειξη δεν γίνεται επιστροφή. Παρόλο που ΜΠΟΡΟΎΝ ΝΑ ΔΟΥΝ στο σύστημα ότι έχει αγοραστεί από αυτούς, αν δεν προσκομησω απόδειξη δεν το δέχονται. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν δίνουν κανένα αποδεικτικό πέρα από ένα χαρτάκι απόδειξης σούπερ μάρκετ, χωρίς όνομα, χωρίς ERP, χωρίς mail και απαιτούν σε 2 χρόνια αν χαλάσει να τους πάω αυτό χαρτάκι που μπορεί να έχει σβηστεί κιόλας. Πάνω το χαρτάκι δεν δείχνει ούτε αριθμό παραγγελίας. Αν αυτό δεν είναι απαράδεκτο after sales service, ΔΕΝ ξέρω τι μπορεί να είναι. Ελπίζω να μην χαλάσει και χρειαστεί να το πάω πίσω. Although THEY CAN SEE in the system that it has been purchased by them, if I do not provide proof they will not accept it. In short, they do not give any proof other than a supermarket receipt, without name, without ERP, without mail and demand in 2 years if it spoils to give them this piece of paper that may have already been erased. The paper does not even show the order number. If this is not unacceptable after sales service, I do NOT know what it might be. I hope it does not spoil and I need to take it back.
