Very polite staff, they immediately identified the issue with my Garmin Fenix 5 and ordered a replacement. Within 2 days I got my new watch, no questions asked.

Sent my Garmin watch for service in active guarantee. The service replied that my watch is not covered just by looking at it. They never examined indetail the problem and assumed it's not covered and I must pay to replace. So when they advertise 2 years guarantee is just for you to buy and pay 500€.After sales support goes out of the window. Sorry Garmin that was my last watch. I would never buy again a Garmin product. Be careful of the service !!!!

problem with garmin's Fenix 3HR and their service departments! I live in Greece,I have bought GARMIN FENIX 3 HR - S/N. 4UM025749 (through Media Market in Germany, at 03.07.2017), which I had to replace due to a faulty front glass (only 5 months after my purchase, at 29.01.2018). The first watch was replaced by a new one, namely by GARMIN FENIX 3 HR - S/N. 4UM113395, which proved to be faulty as well. Although the second watch seemed to work perfectly, I had to bring it to Greek representatives (Garmin Hellas, at 29.03.2018 where they kept it for 2 weeks in their store without any explanations before they send it to Garmin UK), since it wasn’t that water resistant as its specifications claim to be. Furthermore I confront problems with Garmin UK and Garmin Greece where they continuously ignore my e-mails (about their policy and the problems I confront)!!! So be aware of Garmin Company and their products since their products are proved to be faulty and their service departments are beyond the pale.

Although replacement of watch was successful, unfortunately a part of the team wasn't particularly helpfull, and a bit unfriendly. Happy with new watch though. Cheers.
