M	Marianna Petrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Garos on instagram and i liked his photos. i tried to do to another hairdresser a balayage on brunette hair which ended up orange red blond with extreme brunette lines in the middle. i tried to correct it many times and once i felt fed up with no results i ended up at Gatos to try my luck. he immediately understood what the problem was and without explaining too much he transformed my ugly hair into a natural amazing real cold blonde brunette balayage which if you see it seems absolutely natural. i was speechless when i saw the result. it is even better than the one i asked for. it worths every penny. thank Garos you are a real gem

Mr Garos gave me one minute advice over the colour I should do - he was very impersonal and he seemed quite abrupt and rude - The lady who did my hair was kind and friendly though. I have seen his balayage over Instagram which looks nice, but unfortunately the services offered are overpriced with not much respect to the client. When I finally did the balayage technique in the UK, where I live permanently, the result was amazing and the prices were the same comparing with Mr Garos' salon. But in the UK salon, the result and the behaviour towards me weremuch better. I would suggest Mr. Garos and his colleagues to be kinder to the clientelle. They may behave like that as they have a famous salon, but maintaining to the top requires lots of professionalism and kindness.
A	Artemis Kontogoula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me point out a few things that the future costumer of Mr. Garos should take into account. His work is good, quite good I must say, but of course overpriced. I don’t really care about the technique he is working with, I don’t know if it’s or he is unique but I do care about the result on my hair and my soul. Hair service is not only the technical part, which is the balayage, the haircut or the hairstyle. Hair service is to satisfy the costumer in every way. It’s how you treat and how much you care about the costumer. And through out the whole process of my hair transformation, I never got this feeling. I spent (let me clarify I say spent and not invested) 200€ to be privately taken care of Mr. Garos from the very beginning till the very end that I exited his “palace”. Unfortunately, this never happened, because after spending 5 hours at this salon he did his job for 2 hours or so. The remaining 3 hours he was gossiping with his team outside his working place, probably not being aware that through out all this time he was getting paid and had to do his job. Regarding the rest of the team, the people were very professional and very friendly too!
E	Eleni Magoula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited the best salons in Athens (literally all of them) - and the one that never ceases to impress me is Garos! They always achieve the perfect color (I am blonde doing balayage and Garos is considered the balayage king in Greece for a reason!), and literally every single time I've been there, I wouldn't change a thing about my colour. With other popular salons I've been, I cannot say that this is the case.. The new Garos salon is also just incredible - a neoclassical building with a beautiful yard which I enjoyed whilst waiting for the highlights to dry - such a peaceful and relaxing experience! Thanks Garos once again for the perfect colour!!

However, I wish to point out a few important things, that by no means justify the value of their service with the exaggerated price I paid. That was the third time I have visited the salon, having been informed that if I request the exclusive service of Mr. Garos I will pay 250€. During all my 3 visits, I got serviced with an average of 90 minutes delay, I did not get the full service of Mr. Garos, though I finally paid the amount they asked me, I stayed at the salon for a minimum of 5 hours, though the service has taken no more than 2,5 to be completed. During my last visit, I found out when I got home that a great part of my hair (exactly at the side part at the top of my head) had not been dyed at all... I asked to be serviced at once, and fix the malpractice, which thankfully happened, even though no one took responsibility for it, or even apologized. At the end, they also asked me to pay for the styling, and did not even offer it out of courtesy for their unfortunate mistake.
