I felt that all the staff were very interested in my physical and mental comfort. Everything was very well explained. I never felt that the care I was given was overwhelming. There was no reluctance in the questions I asked. Besides that, the medical result of gastroscopy and colonoscopy was perfect and painless! I would recommend gastroenterologist Ko Dimitris Bako to anyone who needs this procedure

The other staff at EndoUnit are very friendly and professional, too. The location is very modern and comfortable and any procedures and examinations are done carefully and professionally. The advice given is good and the staff go to great lengths to make patients feel comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend EndoUnit for any patients with gastrointestinal issues.

After going to two doctors, who couldn't really help me, were unfriendly, overcharged me and misdiagnosed me, I finally found Dimitris. He took a lot of time to make an accurate diagnosis, was professional, friendly and also got a good sense of humor, which helps when you are sick in a foreign country. His English is pretty decent as well. I was also pretty impressed that he followed up via phone and email to provide me with blood and biopsy results. I would highly recommend to everyone. Dr. Dimitris and his staff are all very professional, kind and give excellent customer service.
