I had a problem with my lumbar disc and I went to visit Dr. Jorgos Vesiris. After two years looking for a solutions I finally meet a doctor that not only gave me a solution for my health but showed as well kindness as a human being. And as a person that lives here for a short time and has no much people around, I would say that Dr.Jorgo helped me a lot and helps me anytime I need an advice or something. I had an surgery and everything is going alright. I'll thank him for the rest of my life as a person that gave another chance to do the right thing for my health and have a healthy life again. Thanks doc !!

As far as organisation goes - NON EXISTENT! Booked an appointment for a PCR test and had to wait for 45 MINUTES as they clearly had NOT taken into account walk-in Rapid tests. Social distancing rules WERE NOT ADHERED TO! When we asked to speak to a supervisor we were told that the people at reception had been given instructions NOT TO BE DISTURBED FOR SUCH CASES! UNACCEPTABLE!

As a non Greek speaking in-patient I have to give the highest praise possible for the entire team at Doctors Hospital. I had a total hip replacement due to osteoarthritis and the team that looked after me were incredible. Caring, attentive and considerate, every single team member was able to communicate in English with me, which, when you're in a foreign country and especially during the Coronavirus Pandemic, was so reassuring. I am well on the road to recovery and would highly recommend anyone who is in need of medical assistance to approach Doctors Hospital. Thank you to the team, you were amazing.

I was operated on urgently by the Doctor Georgios Mpesiris on June 28 in Athens for 2 fractures of the tibia and one of the peronnet. I returned to France 6 days later. His work has been appreciated by a french surgeon who confirms today, after new x-rays, that his operation was a great success. I would add that his kindness and his humanity have really helped me. Well done and thank you dear Doctor

DO NOT USE for covid tests if you are travelling abroad! Useless service handwritten, which is not acceptable by the airlines! Refused to give us a typed version, pathetic service.

I walk by their covid testing center every day on my way to get groceries. Usually there’s a long line of people waiting. I was under the impression you have to make a covid appointment before the day you are tested, and since I needed an antigen test the day before I fly (tomorrow) I made an appointment over a week in advance, instead of waiting until the last minute - seeing as how long their lines can be. The receptionist who helped with was a guy with dark hair. He did not speak good English and I tried explaining to him three times I did not need a covid test today, but was booking for my appointment today (February 8). I showed him on google translate my flight date I needed an appointment for. At this point there was a long line of people behind me. He asked for $10 Euro, gave me the receipt and then said go wait outside. I said again I don’t need the appointment today I need it for February 8th. He did not seem to understand and I asked if I can bring the papers back. He nodded and then called the next person. I assumed since I had paid I would be able to get my covid appointment today since I had a receipt and there was never any test or results given to me. When I went in today they refused to accept the receipt I had paid because it was from the end of last month and said the only way I can get in to have another appointment is if I pay again. The manager said it was my fault for not getting my money back, when I thought the procedure was to book an appointment in advance. I figured the receptionist was charging me for the appointment. I paid again today. It would be very nice if your company screened all the receptionists to make sure they speak good English, considering how many foreigners are using your covid testing center. I did try and explain it through translate but he still did not seem to understand. The woman today who was working as the receptionist did speak good English, and the rest of the staff today did as well. But that one guy working reception in the covid center, who charged me and didn’t understand my situation no matter countless times I tried to explain, in my opinion does not deserve to be working there.

Would've given 0 stars if possible. Orthopedic center has the most obnoxious doctors I have ever encountered. Started raising their voices for no reason and didn't even read my medical note from previous doctor. As a foreign person I needed deeper explanation and they were not able to do so in a polite way. If you need to see an Orthopedic, for your own health choose anywhere else but this place - thank me later for the advice. Doctors should consider becoming vet so they don't have interact with people as much.?
