★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a PCR covid test. I arrived around 17:45 on a Friday (1 October), I was done by 18:15. Had the test result emailed to me just before midnight. Everything was smooth and great. The cost was really high (60 euro) but didn’t really find other choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here in mid September for a Covid test before flying. Although we had to wait around 10-15 mins to be seen as the doc was away, the test took all of 5 seconds and went very efficiently and quickly. Registration of details online was easy and smooth. No prior appointments required. Most importantly, we got our results via email within 2-3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had our antigen tests performed here for returning to the UK. We booked online the day before. Turned up this morning, queued for maybe ten minutes to register and pay €20 each (way cheaper then the UK). Waited in line maybe another 10mins for the actual test. Had some lunch in town and the results emailed to us a couple of hours later. Great service, quick, easy and very efficient. Would recommend

The rapid tests where quick and the results just in time via email.
We are already at home and it is because of your kind service and hard work!
Highly recommend to everybody travelling to Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iasis hospital was wonderful. The front desk staff were very helpful in navigating a foreign system when I injured myself in Chania.
The EMTs , nurses, radiologist, ER doctor and orthopedic surgeons were kind, supportive, and extremely talented.
So grateful to have been treated at Iasis Chania

prices higher than elsewhere
first aid doctors unprofessional and unpleasant. Zero interest in the patient, the only thing that counts is negative test and money.
I do not recommend
wednesday .second shift. do not enter first aid.
ps the little rude doctor will just waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sick while on vacation for days and finally decided to go to the general hospital at the urging of my friend. I wasn’t sure to expect and was nervous about wait times and language barrier but I was so pleasantly surprised. They gave me a COVID test right away to rule that out and then I saw Dr Christos Fanarisios. He diagnosed my strep and sinus infection, gave me a prescription and his personal card in case my fever didn’t go away and I was out the door in under an hour. THANK YOU so much for saving my trip!!!! Highly recommend. Whole visit cost 120 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the clinic for 2 weeks. The nurses in the ICU and on the second floor were very friendly and capable. The doctors were also fabulous. Very happy with how I was treated and cared for! I also had a lovely room with a great view:-).
