★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γράφετε οτι την Παρασκευή είναι ανοιχτα , Πήγαμε στις 22/05/20 κι ο φύλακας μας απαγόρεψε να μπούμε , μάλιστα ειρωνεύτηκε και μια κυρία Δ.Υ. ( ''εσείς οι δημοσιοι υπάλληλοι όλο καθεστε...''). Ωραία οργάνωση .
 You write that they are open on Friday, we went on 22/05/20 and the guard forbade us to enter, in fact a lady D.Y. ('' you civil servants are sitting ... ''). Nice organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακη εξυπηρέτηση , δεν βγάζεις άκρη όταν ρωτάς γιατί τόση καθυστέρηση στην απόδοση σύνταξης, ιδίως όταν τηλεφωνεις σου απαντάει σαν ρομπότ οτιδήποτε ρωτήσεις με την λέξη δεν ξέρω εγώ δεν είμαι αρμόδια απευθυνθείτε σε αυτα τα τηλέφωνα που δεν τα σηκώνουν ποτέ.
Very bad service, you don't get an edge when you ask why there is such a delay in writing a pension, especially when you call you answer like a robot whatever you ask with the word I don't know I am not responsible to address these phones that never pick up.

(είναι δύσκολο να φοράς τόσες ώρες μάσκα covid, οπότε κατανοώ γιατί κάποιοι την έβγαζαν για λίγο)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από οχτώ μήνες προσπάθειας για επικοινωνία για μια παράταση σύνταξης φοιτητή, δεν το σήκωσε ποτέ κανένας εκτός από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο που δεν ξέρει τίποτα. Δεν μου δόθηκε ποτέ e-mail επικοινωνίας............Μάλλον η καταβολή μετά το πτυχίο!!!!
After eight months of trying to communicate about a student pension extension, no one has ever picked it up except the call center, which knows nothing. I was never given a communication e-mail ............ Probably the payment after graduation !!!!
