Μ	Μαρία Ξανθούλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα σήμερα τηλέφωνο αναζητώντας ένα ανταλλακτικό για τον εκτυπωτή μου. Ήξερα το μοντέλο του εκτυπωτή, αλλά όχι του ανταλλακτικού. Σε όσα καταστήματα κάλεσα πριν, ακόμα κ μεγάλες αλυσίδες, δεν μπόρεσε να με εξυπηρετήσει κανείς, μου έλεγαν ότι δεν το έχουν. Η υπάλληλος του καταστήματος όμως ήξερε άμεσα το μοντέλο του ανταλλακτικού (καλή να είναι η ώρα της) και τη συμβατότητα του με τον εκτυπωτή κ με εξυπηρετησε άψογα! Αφού έμαθα το μοντέλο του ανταλλακτικού ανακάλυψα ότι και τα προηγούμενα καταστήματα το είχαν απλά δεν ήξεραν ή δεν μπήκαν στον κόπο να ελέγξουν τη συμβατότητα. Για αυτό φυσικά κ έχασαν μια πώληση! Πραγματικά χίλια μπράβο στην υπάλληλο, με γλίτωσε από μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία! Συγχαρητήρια για την εξυπηρέτηση σας. I got a phone call today looking for a replacement for my printer. I knew the printer model, but not the spare part. In all the stores I called before, even large chains, no one could serve me, they told me they didn't have it. The store clerk, however, knew immediately the model of the spare part (good to be her time) and its compatibility with the printer and it served me great! After learning about the spare part model, I discovered that previous stores had it just didn't know it or didn't bother to check for compatibility. That's why they lost a sale! Really a thousand thumbs up to the employee, I was spared a great deal of trouble! Congratulations on your service.

S	Stelios Gero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από δικό μου λάθος χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω πολλαπλές φορές με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για επιστροφή και παραγγελία εκ νέου. Το προσωπικό του καταστήματος δεν είναι οι συνηθισμένοι αδιάφοροι και αγενείς υπάλληλοι που εργάζονται στα eshop. Ενδιαφέρθηκαν και βρήκαν εξειδικευμένη λύση, παρότι δεν είχαν καμία τυπική ευθύνη. Τους προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. After my own mistake I had to contact the specific store multiple times for return and re-order. The store staff are not the usual indifferent and rude employees working in the eshop. They were interested and found a specialized solution, although they had no formal responsibility. I highly recommend them.

Έ	Έλενα Χρονοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα τον Samsung εκτυπωτή μου για επισκευή και αφού επισκευάστηκε υποτίθεται , εκτύπωνε με ακριβώς τα ίδια “μπαλώματα” όπως πριν . Μετά απο πολλά τηλέφωνα , ο υπεύθυνος μου απάντησε ότι έφταιγαν τα μελάνια που δεν ήταν original. Αφού έδωσα επιπλέον 200 eu για νέα μελάνια και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ακριβώς το ίδιο , μου είπαν ότι έφταιγα εγώ που έκανα 100% κάλυψη ! Απευθύνθηκα στην hp support όπου μου είπαν αυτό που υποψιαζόμουν εξαρχής , ο εκτυπωτής ήταν για πέταμα ... I went to my Samsung printer for repair and after it was supposedly repaired, it printed with exactly the same "patches" as before. After many phone calls, the person in charge answered that the inks that were not original were to blame. After I gave an extra 200 eu for new inks and the result was exactly the same, I was told that it was my fault that I did 100% coverage! I went to hp support where they told me what I suspected from the beginning, the printer was for throwing ...
