A hospital and a methadone maintenance clinic, the hospital is overcrowded and being state run means under paid staff and some basic amenities missing..

I want to thank you to all the people, doctors and nurses that work there . I had an emergency situation and all of them was more then kind and helpful. I hope that God will keep them live and healthy . THANK YOU .

I attended the niko papa hospital at 12:24pm on the 23/12/2020, where the receptionists were totally apathetic, distracted with casual chats with the other staff next to them, and due to their incompetence had me waiting until 3.30 I specifically asked for the plastic surgeon, dr nikolaidou who was expecting and waiting for me. Reception sent me to the general area of the emergency department… wrong! Forced to return to the receptionists only to be advised to take a different number for a different department ‘surgery’… wrong! The emergency department surgeon advised me I should return to the reception area and dr. nikolaidou would be advised of my presence ‘by the receptionists’! The pain from an infected wound was beyond severe and for the 4th time I asked the receptionist ‘irene’ if the dr. was advised. Once again I was told to wait Ater being ignored for another half an hour I returned to the emergency department’s surgeon and she prompty ensured the dr was called After waiting 3 hours due to the incompetency and apathy of the receptionists I was finally attended to by dr papadopoulo and dr joycey who efficienty examined, advised, and released me with another appointment next week Let’s see how badly the receptionists can be next week! If you attend this hospital be adamant and insistent the receptionists are sending you to the correct department and not waste everyone’s time causing bottlenecks and pressure on hospital staff and frustrating those in pain and in need of attention

Excellent vaccination centre for covid.

My husband had an accident and was treated by the emergency doctors of this hospital. They were professional and very nice even though the emergency room was extremely busy. We are very gratefull, we cannot thank them enough!
