Οι κριτικές θα πρέπει να γίνονται με στόχο της βελτίωση μιας υπηρεσίας. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος της συγκεκριμένης κριτικής με στόχο να μην βρεθούν και άλλοι στην άβολη θέση που βρεθήκαμε οι συνάδελφοί μου και εγώ σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες σας. Αρχικά στείλαμε πάρα πολλές φορές το ίδιο mail σχετικά με ένα απλό μενού λίγων ατόμων για την κάλυψη ενός επαγγελματικού γεγονότος. Τελικά κατέληξα να τρέχω στο κατάστημα για να το παραλάβω σε φάκελο το μενού γραμμένο, έτος 2022. Σχετικά με αυτό το πολυσυζητημένο μενού, δεν ήρθε καμία μέρα ολόκληρο, κάθε μέρα έλειπαν 1-2 επιλογές και κυρίως τα κρεατικά, ενώ τα γλυκά ήταν καθημερινά παγωμένα, πέτρες δηλαδή, έπρεπε να τα αφήνουμε έξω για να μπορέσουν να καταναλωθούν , τα φαγητά δεν ήταν καμία μέρα ζεστά, αντίθετα μερικά ήταν επίσης πάρα πολύ παγωμένα, νερά και αναψυκτικά με το σταγονόμετρο, ενώ ο πλαστικός εξοπλισμός ήταν μετρημένος ακριβώς για τον αριθμό των ατόμων, ένα πιάτο να σου έπεφτε κάτω, την επόμενη ημέρα δεν είχες να που να φας. Ξαναλέω ότι λυπάμαι πολύ για την κοινοποίηση της κριτικής όμως αν και επισημάνθηκαν οι ελλείψεις, οι απαντήσεις που παίρναμε δε ν ήταν αυτές που αντιστοιχούν σε επαγγελματίες και φυσικά δεν διορθώθηκαν ποτέ.

This is the reason for this criticism in order not to find others in the awkward position that my colleagues and I found ourselves in regarding your services. Initially we sent the same mail too many times about a simple menu of a few people to cover a business event. Eventually I ended up running to the store to pick it up in a folder with the menu written, year 2022. Regarding this much-discussed menu, no whole day came, every day 1-2 options were missing and mainly meat, while the sweets were frozen every day, that is, stones, we had to leave them out so that they could be consumed, the food was not no hot day, some were also very cold, water and soft drinks with the dropper, while the plastic equipment was measured exactly for the number of people, a plate would fall on you, the next day you had nowhere to eat. I repeat that I am very sorry for the notification of the criticism but although the shortcomings were pointed out, the answers we received were not those that correspond to professionals and of course they were never corrected.
