★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They brought my delivery but I couldn't get it because I wanted to pay using a card not with cash. The delivery person said that I had to go over over the shop to pay and get my delivery. They don't use POS even this period of time and force us to go out and wait at the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer the phone, when at the same time, they send you a direct message to call them back for consultation on package delivery. I had to call HQ to arrange my delivery. And after all these bad reviews i would expect someone to take some action. Totally unprofessional operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are lying about trying to deliver to your house. No one tries to deliver, and they mark your delivery as if you were never at the house! (during the quarantine, too!!)! They also do not answer the phone - I've been trying to reach them for over a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer the phone! Countless hours of calling! Attempted unsuccessful delivery and there is no way to reschedule! There is no electronic way of rescheduling and they do not answer the phone! How on earth could we manage that??
Edited: the above was my review several months back. Today I decided to change the stars because it seems they changed. This month looks like they answer the phone and they are able to assist me quickly and flexibly. They also deliver faster. Is it a matter of chance?? Let’s see. If this continues in the following months, I will change the stars to five.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery company in Greece. Do not use do not cooperate with. This company is a liar they will lie about trying to make delivery when no one will attempt any delivery. Waiting all day in the house parcels being sent back to senders. They can't do any job - look at the reviews and have some shame. This company needs to be closed as soon as possible to avoid any more disappointed customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the middle of the second lockdown in Greece due to Covid-19, a young boy arrives at my door without a mask. When I mentioned it, he didn't seem to bother at all. He didn't even carry one.
If there were zero stars I would give that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They falsely claim delivery attempts systemically, they don't answer the phones. They dont update the whereabouts of your parcel so you know when to expect them. The one in 8 times they actually appeared unanounced they had no POS. I'm starting to cancel packages once I hear that they're being delivered by this company in this area. This is not an angry review, I REFUSE to continue to be exploited by them when we have so many better courier services in the area. There is no point in paying for courier services when I constantly have to pick them up myself at a spot with no parking.

Over 10-15 people waiting every day. Health risk during covid19 pandemic.
Just 1 person at the reception the lines never move.
They never pick up the phone, over 3 hours in call waiting.
I don't understand how this operation still exists.
