Πήρα και σε άλλα καταστήματα στην περιοχή και λένε δεν έχουμε λάβει δέμα είναι μάλλον στον Λαγκαδά. Σηκωστε κάνα τηλ να συνεννοηθούμε... 10 times I called and they do not pick it up, it is so difficult guys? The tracking says 30/12/20 the package was in Lagada, today we have 26/1/21. P	Panagiotis Diamantis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι, για ακόμα μια φορά. 05/01/21 τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα γραφεία και με ενημερώνουν ότι την Πέμπτη 07/01/21 θα μου παραδόσουν το δέμα, φυσικά δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Από τότε καμία επικοινωνία, δεν σηκώνουν ούτε το τηλέφωνο. Μπαίνω στο tracker και γράφουν ότι σήμερα 15/01/21, προσπάθησαν να με βρουν αλλά δεν ήταν εφικτό, ενώ ήμουν όλη μέρα σπίτι. Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους και μου κλείνουν το τηλέφωνο. Επαγγελματίες!!! Η συνεργασία μου μαζί τους είναι άψογη ακόμη και σε αυτές τις ιδιαίτερες συνθήκες με Covid19. Ευχαριστώ πολύ σε όλο το προσωπικό!!!! Το δέμα μου βρίσκεται στο κατάστημά τους εδώ και μία εβδομάδα, κι εφόσον δεν φάνηκε να έχει συγκινηθεί κανείς να κάνει τη δουλειά του και να το φέρει, καλώ προχθές στο κατάστημα και ενημερώνομαι ότι (δήθεν ) θα έχω το δέμα μου σε 2 μέρες, σήμερα δηλαδή. Η ώρα έχει πάει 15:00, δεν έχει έρθει τίποτα και καλώ ξανά στο κατάστημα. Μου απαντάνε : "σας καλέσαμε πριν 2 ώρες στον τάδε αριθμό, αλλά δεν απαντήσατε". Ήμουν απο το πρωι πάνω απο το τηλέφωνο και κλήση δεν υπήρχε. Το ίδιο πράγμα μου είχαν κανει και στο παρελθόν. Πείτε απλώς ότι δεν μπορείτε να κάνετε σωστά τη δουλειά σας... Έχει ήδη περάσει μια εβδομάδα και θα αναγκαστώ να περιμένω άλλες 3 μέρες το λιγότερο. Unacceptable and unprofessional at least. My parcel has been in their store for a week now, and since no one seemed to be excited to do their job and bring it, I call the store the day before yesterday and am informed that (allegedly) I will have my parcel in 2 days, today that is. The time has gone 15:00, nothing has come and I call the store again. They answer me: "we called you 2 hours ago on that number, but you did not answer". I was on the phone in the morning and there was no call. The same thing has been done to me in the past. Just say you can not do your job properly ... A week has already passed and I will have to wait another 3 days at least.

Με την δικαιολογία ότι δεν έχουν δρομολόγιο προς το χωριό μου. Έλεος. Που να μέναμε και σε νησί.. I live at a distance of about 20 km from Lagadas.
