L	Larisa Anastasiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορέσ εχω κανει παραγγελιεσ από όπου δυποτε,, η γενική ταχυδρομικη του μενιδιου δηλώνουν,, ότι δεν το φέρνουν μέ κούριερ, στη περιοχη που μενω,, στά ΑΝΩ ΛΙΟΣΙΑ!! παρολου που τα εχω πληρωσει γιά αυτή την επήρεια!! και λένε,, ότι είναι η εντολή του διευθυντή τους!! Ντροπή! Η χειρότερη υπερισια του μενιδιου, γενική ταχυδρομικη!!! Βγάζουν τους δικους τους νόμους!! Θά σάσ κάνω καταγγέλλια!! Εσχοσ!!Νά εισαστε εληκρινη στισ απάντησες σας!! ποτε δεν μου έχετε φέρει τήν παραγγελία μου στο σπίτι μου!! Και όταν με περνουν τηλέφωνο,, δηλώνουν,,ότι ο κούριερ,, δεν παει στην περιοχι μου!! Να μάθατε να είστε εληκρινη!! Σήμερα παλι ήρθα μόνη μου.. για να παραλαβω την παραγγελια μου!! Ντροπή σασ!! Έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε,, για τά ψέματα σασ!! C	Catherine Theocharidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις χειρότερες εταιρείες που έχουν υπάρξει. Αναμονή δέματος από την Παρασκευή που υποτίθεται ήταν ημέρα παραλαβής. Δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Στην αναζήτηση έγραφαν αδυναμία παράδοσης - άγνωστος παραλήπτης. Ψέματα φυσικά. Δευτέρα πάλι δεν ηρθαν. Αναγκάστηκα να απευθυνθώ στο κατάστημα, να τους καλέσω για να παραλάβω 3 ημέρες μετά. Κι όλα αυτά στην Αθήνα. Απαράδεκτοι....... One of the worst companies ever. Parcel waiting from Friday which was supposed to be the day of receipt. They never came. In the search they wrote impossibility of delivery - unknown recipient. Lies of course. They did not come again on Monday. I had to go to the store, call them to pick up 3 days later. And all this in Athens. Unacceptable .......
Μ	Μairh Mairh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα πολλές φορές έχει ισχυριστεί ψευδώς ότι δεν ήταν κανείς στο σπίτι και ότι άφησαν σημείωμα. Φυσικά κανένα από τα δύο δεν ισχύει! Αν βαριεστε να κάνετε τη δουλειά σας ο πελάτης που έχει πληρώσει τα μεταφορικά και την παράδοση στο σπιτι δεν φταίει σε τίποτα. Απαράδεκτοι για άλλη μια φορά. This branch has repeatedly falsely claimed that no one was home and that they left a note. Of course neither is valid! Ο Γιώργος που παραδίδει στα Άνω Λιοσια είναι τυπικοτατος, και ευγενικός και πάντα θα πάρει τηλέφωνο πριν φτάσει να μου πει <<σε 3 λεπτά φτάνω >>. Το πρωί το σηκώνουν στο τηλέφωνο τους, και είναι εξυπηρετικοί οι υπάλληλοι. Πλέον θα χρησιμοποιώ πιο συχνά γενική ταχυδρομική. I am happy with what I have received because every time they call me on the phone before bringing it.
