P	Panos “PANOS_HUNDER-13” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν δεν είναι η χειρότερη εταιρεία κούριερ τότε είναι η δεύτερη χειρότερη. Σεβασμός μηδέν ακόμη και από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Ο κούριερ ηρθε άφησε ένα χαρτάκι στο κουδούνι και έφυγε. Ούτε ένα μήνυμα για την ώρα παραλαβής ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο ούτε τίποτα. Δηλαδή τι νομίζουν ότι πρέπει να είμαστε όλη μέρα πίσω από μια πόρτα να περιμένουμε πότε θα έρθει το δέμα μας;;; Κρίμα.... If it is not the worst courier company then it is the second worst. Zero respect even from the call center. The courier came, left a piece of paper on the bell and left. Not a pick-up message, not a phone, not anything. So what do they think we have to be behind a door all day waiting for our parcel to arrive ??? Pity....
K	Kamil “St4lkerTM” Para on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καραγκιόζηδες! Ερχεστε και αφήνετε χαρτάκια για πλάκα και μετα λέτε οτι ήρθατε και δεν βρήκατε κανέναν ενώ είμαστε όλη μέρα στα σπίτια μας... Αμα θέλετε να παίζεται τους ταχυδρόμους πηγαίνετε αλλου γιατί μαλλον δεν ξεχωρίζεται την διαφορά μεταξύ COURIER και ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΟΥ. Και δεν είναι η πρωτη φορά που γίνεται αυτό με την εταιρίας σας συγκεκριμένα... Ολες οι αλλες εταιρίες πάνε μπροστά και εσείς καθεστε και δεν κάνετε τίποτα... Ουτε κουδούνι ουτε τηλέφωνο... Είναι μέχρι οι εταιρίες να σταματήσουν να δουλεύουν μαζί σας και να πάνε στους ανταγωνιστές σας! Μονο τα παιδια που εξυπηρετούν μέσα στο μαγαζί είναι πολύ ευγενικά. Αυτά απο εμένα :) Karagiozides! You come and leave papers for fun and then you say that you came and did not find anyone while we are in our houses all day ... If you want the postmen to play, go elsewhere because the difference between a COURIER and a POSTIST probably does not stand out. And this is not the first time this has happened to your company in particular ... All other companies go ahead and you sit and do nothing ... No bell or phone ... K	Katerina Ster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλούσα επί τρεις μέρες για να ενημερώσω ότι δεν βρίσκεται κανένας σπίτι μετά τις 3. Το τηλέφωνό ήταν κατεβασμένο. Έστειλα και email για την ώρα. Τρεις μέρες δεν απάντησε κανείς ούτε στο email. Ήρθε ο κούριερ δύο φορές στις 5 το μεσημέρι τη μία άφησε χαρτάκι την άλλη πιστεύω δεν ήρθε καθόλου αφού δεν άφησε χαρτάκι. Καλώ σήμερα, πιάνω επιτέλους γραμμή. Λέω πολύ ευγενικά πως καλώ τρεις μέρες, η υπάλληλος μου απάντησε με αγένεια "είχαμε δουλειά, πείτε μου τον αριθμό παραγγελίας", ενώ το τηλέφωνο ήταν απλά κατεβασμένο. Στο τέλος μου ανακοίνωσε πως έχει έρθει δύο φορές και δεν θα ξαναέρθει και ότι πρέπει να παραλάβω εγώ την παραγγελία, ενώ εξήγησα και πάλι ότι καλούσα και είναι δική τους η υπαιτιότητα. Μου είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι για αυτό. Εγώ μένω σε διπλανή πόλη και δεν μπορώ να παραλάβω από το κατάστημα. Τα μεταφορικά είναι 3 ευρώ και στο τέλος δεν το φέρνουν καν. Είστε απαράδεκτοι! He told me he could not do anything about it. I live in a neighboring town and can not pick up from the store. Shipping is 3 euros and in the end they do not even bring it. You are unacceptable!
