Και το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα του Αγρινίου ό,τι χειρότερο. 10 ημέρες έχω σήμερα για μια παραγγελία που ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμη από το κατάστημα αγοράς. Από που να ξεκινήσω κ που να τελειώσω. Στα τηλέφωνα που δεν απαντά ΠΟΤΈ κανείς? Από το κατάστημα που ανοίγει όποτε του καπνίσει? Από τα δρομολόγια που κάνει διανομές μια δυο φορές την εβδομάδα? Δεν θα έπρεπε καν να υφίσταται σα κατάστημα. Κρίμα ειλικρινά λυπάμαι!!! Honestly if there was -5 in stars I would put this. And the specific store in Agrinio is the worst. I have 10 days today for an order that was immediately available from the store. Where to start and where to end. Phones that are NEVER answered by anyone? From the store that opens whenever he smokes; From the itineraries that make distributions once or twice a week; It should not even exist as a store. Too bad I'm sincerely sorry !!!
D	Dimitris Zapantiotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνήθως δεν μου αρέσει να κάνω αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις αλλά δεν μπορώ τη κοροϊδία. Πακέτο που είναι σε αναμονή από Δευτέρα στο κατάστημα τους, μου λένε θα παραδοθεί τη Πέμπτη σπίτι μου και δεν το παίρνω ποτέ. Να σημειώσω ότι μίλησα πάνω από 5 φορές σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και μου το ξεκαθάρισαν θα το έχω τη Πέμπτη. Ξαναλέω από Δευτέρα σε αναμονή στο κατάστημα τους. Απαράδεκτο! Usually I do not like to make negative reviews but I can not make fun of. Package that is waiting from Monday in their store, they tell me it will be delivered to my house on Thursday and I never take it. Note that I spoke more than 5 times on the phone and they made it clear to me I will have it on Thursday. I say again from Monday waiting in their store. Unacceptable!
K	Kostas Kontogeorgos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ένα πράγμα το να μην σηκώνουν ποτέ τηλέφωνο, άλλο πράγμα να σου λένε ότι δεν σε βρήκαν για παράδοση στο σπίτι ενώ δεν έχεις κουνήσει ρούπι, αλλά εντελώς διαφορετικό κι ανεύθυνο εκ μέρους τους να στέλνεις δέμα στην άλλη άκρη της Ελλάδας με χρέωση παραλήπτη και αντικαταβολή (για να είσαι εξασφαλισμένος βρε παιδί μου!) και να σε παίρνει τηλέφωνο ο παραλήπτης και να σου λέει: "Φίλε μου, αν δεν ήμουν παντελονάτος θα μπορούσα να παραλάβω το δέμα σου και να μην ξανακούσεις από μένα , γιατί τα φυντάνια στην ΓΤ δεν το είχαν περάσει ποτέ στο σύστημά τους ως δέμα με αντικαταβολή... στείλε μου λογαρισμό να σου βάλω τα λεφτά...". Τραγωδία αυτή η courier, ό,τι και όσα να γράφουμε εδώ το χρόνο μας χαλάμε. Γι' αυτό θα φάνε ΜΗΝΥΣΗ, για να 'χουν να με θυμούνται και του χρόνου! Απαράδεκτη η ανακοίνωση του Αγρινίου σε πρόχειρο χαρτόνι περί εξυπηρέτησης από το αντίστοιχο κατάστημα της Αμφιλοχίας και περισσότερο περί μη ενημέρωσης των καταστημάτων και των πολιτών ότι το γραφείο εδώ είναι κλειστό και δεν παραδίδει. Οι λόγοι αδιευκρίνιστοι. Οι πλειοψηφία των παραγγελιών δεσμεύονται ότι σε 1-3 μέρες παραδίδονται. Ο κόσμος πληρώνει μεταφορικά, έξοδα αντικαταβολής ή ακόμα και προπληρωμενες παραγγελίες και όλο αυτό γιατί; Κακώς αναλαμβάνουν υποχρεώσεις που δεν φέρουν εις πέρας. Β	Βίκυ Κ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη μεταφορική. Ούτε τηλέφωνα σηκώνουν, τα δέματα αργούν να έρθουν και οι υπάλληλοι αγενείς. Δεν θα ξανά παραγγείλω από εταιρεία που χρησιμοποιεί τη συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική. Σήμερα περίμενα ένα δέμα και ενώ έγραφαν από το πρωί οτι χρεώθηκε στον κούριερ, το απόγευμα εγραψαν αδυναμία παράδοσης χωρίς να εχω ενημερωθεί φυσικά. Παιρνω τηλέφωνα και δεν το σηκώνουν καν, ούτε και από τα κεντρικά της Αθήνας. The worst metaphor. Phones do not pick up, parcels are slow to arrive and employees are rude. Ε	Ελενη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο. Η παραγγελία μου έχει σταλθεί από την εταιρεία από την τρίτη 15 του μήνα και έχουμε Πέμπτη 24 και δεν έχει έρθει καν. Στη πορεία της παραγγελίας βλέπω ότι είναι εδω κοντά αλλά για κάποιον λόγο δεν γίνεται χρέωση σε κουριερ. Παίρνω και ξανά παίρνω να μου πουν τι γίνεται και πότε θα έρθει και δεν το σηκώνει κανένας. E	Eirini Bisti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί.. δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο και η παραγγελία μου έχει φτάσει εδώ τουλάχιστον 10 μέρες. Έφτασα στο σημείο να περιμένω ένα μήνα και διορθώνω το σχολιο. Αμέτρητα τηλέφωνα στο κατάστημα του Αγρινίου αλλά και στα κεντρικά. Πήγα από κει και ο υπεύθυνος αντί να ζητήσει συγνώμη πουλούσε και ύφος. Την επόμενη μέρα κάποια εταιρία μου έστειλε έναν φάκελο με την γενική όπου έκανα άρνηση παραλαβής .Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να παραγγείλω ξανά από κάποια εταιρεία που συνεργάζεται μαζί τους..η ντροπή της μεταφορικής.. Tragic .. they never pick up the phone and my order has arrived here for at least 10 days. I got to the point of waiting a month and correcting the comment. Έστειλα δέμα στις 16/03/2022-με τους νέους ιδιοκτήτες εννοείται- και μου το χάσανε.. μου ζητούσανε απειλητικά να τους δώσω το αποδεικτικό παραλαβής γιατί δεν τους έκανε η φωτογραφία .... Με βρίσανε, ένας γεροδεμένος μουσάτος με απείλησε κιόλας. Με διώξανε απ' το κατάστημα γιατί τόλμησα να τους πω ότι το δέμα κόστιζε 55,00 ευρώ και θέλω να αποζημιωθώ. Τελικά κατέληξα στο συνήγορο του πολίτη να βρω το δίκιο μου. Επιπλέον όσα mail ή τηλέφωνα κι αν έκανα στα κεντρικά καμία απάντηση δεν έλαβα. Δεν έχω λόγια!!!! Μάλλον έχουν χρεωκοπήσει και δεν το λένε. Ντροπή για τη πόλη του Αγρινίου τέτοιο μαγαζί UNACCEPTABLE !!! I sent a parcel on 16/03/2022 -with the new owners of course- and they lost it to me .. they asked me threateningly to give them the receipt because the photo did not take them .... They found me, a husky mustache even threatened me. I was kicked out of the store because I dared to tell them that the package cost 55.00 euros and I want to be compensated. Eventually I ended up with the ombudsman to find my right. In addition, no matter how many emails or phone calls I made to the centrals, I did not receive any response. I have no words!!!! They have probably gone bankrupt and they do not say so. Shame on the city of Agrinio for such a shop
