Δ	Δημητρης Jim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατη συμπεριφορά όταν τους κάλεσα ύστερα από μνμ που έλαβα ότι δεν ήταν δυνατή η παράδοση του δέματος, παρόλο που δεν εμφανίστηκαν στη διεύθυνση μου καθώς πρόκειται για πολύ γνωστό μαγαζί στο οποίο ήμουν μέσα όλη την ημέρα! Μάλιστα μου είπαν ότι θα μου παραδοθεί μετά από τέσσερις μερες, αλλιώς να πάω στο κατάστημα να το πάρω! Ποτέ ξανά στην speedex!!! Very rude behavior when I called them after noon when I received that the parcel could not be delivered, although they did not appear at my address as it is a well known store where I was inside all day! In fact, they told me that it would be delivered to me after four days, otherwise I would go to the store to get it! Never again on speedex !!!

Στέλνουν ψευτικά μηνύματα ότι δήθεν "δεν κατέστη εφικτή η παράδοση" τη στιγμή που δεν έλειψα ούτε λεπτό απο το γραφείο μου μια ολόκληρη ημέρα. Δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνο και όταν το σηκώσουν, σου λένε "ελα απο δω να το πάρεις". Φυσικά και η παραγγελία επιστράφηκε ενώ τους κατήγγειλα στην ΕΕΤΤ και φυσικά όταν μου στείλει η εταιρεία την εξουσιοδότηση θα ζητήσω την αποζημείωση που δικαιούμαι The worst of all couriers in Agrinio. They send false messages that supposedly "delivery was not possible" at a time when I did not miss a single minute of my office a whole day. They do not pick up the phone and when they pick it up, they tell you "come here to get it". Of course the order was returned while I reported them to EETT and of course when the company sends me the authorization I will ask for the compensation I am entitled to
D	Dorothea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εταιρεία κούριερ του Αγρινίου!! Δεν φέρνουν ποτέ την παραγγελία κι αν τύχει ποτέ και την φέρουν θα χιονίσει τον Αύγουστο! Δεν ξανά έκανα παραγγελία σε κατάστημα που συνεργαζεται με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Παρ όλο που πήγαιναμε δύο μέρες και ζητάγαμε να μας παραδώσουν το δέμα το οποίο μια το είχε ο οδηγός προς παράδοση μια δεν το έδιναν γιατί δεν ήταν ώρα παραλαβης το δέμα κατέληξε να το γυρίσουν πίσω χωρίς καμία προειδοποίηση!! The worst courier company in Agrinio !! They never bring the order and if it ever happens and they carry it, it will snow in August! I did not place an order again in a store that cooperates with this company. Although we went for two days and asked them to deliver the parcel which the driver had to deliver, they did not give it because it was not the time of receipt, the parcel ended up being returned without any warning !!
K	Kosta Svarnas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ εδώ κ μια ώρα να πάρω τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω για ένα δέμα κ μόλις καλεί βγαίνει ηχογραφημένο μνμ που λέει ότι λυπούνται αλλά δεν είναι κανείς διαθέσιμος. Δεν νομιζω ότι έτσι έπρεπε να γίνεται. I try here for an hour to get a phone call to ask for a package and as soon as he calls, a recorded mnm comes out saying that they are sorry but no one is available. I do not think that should have been the case.
