Αρνούνται να συννενοηθουν με τον πελάτη. 1 ημέρα δέμα από Αθήνα Θεσσαλονίκη 3 μέρες για παράδοση 2.5 χιλιόμετρα από το γραφείο τους μέχρι να σπάσεις και να πας να το πάρεις εσύ. Μοιραία θα ακολουθήσουν την πορεία όσων επιμένουν στις άθλιες υπηρεσίες προς τους καταναλωτές. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα acs ΕΛΤΑ ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη εταιρεία. Μακριά τους! Simply unacceptable ... Πληρη ενημερωση για την πορεια της παραγγελιας,σηκωσαν κατευθειαν το τηλεφωνο στις κλησεις μου,ευγενικοι,γρηγοροι !!! Εσεις που λετε τα χειροτερα περι εξυπηρετησης,τηλεφωνου κλπ δε βρισκω λογο.. Ταχύτητα παράδοσης και ευγένια από το παλικάρι στην πόρτα. (7/5 αστέρια) ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΉΡΙΑ!! 15/12 at noon I placed the order and 17/12 in the morning it was at my door. Twelfth, I repeat. Υπάλληλος της εταιρείας απαίτησε να βγω να παραλαβω το δεμα μου στον κεντρικό δρόμο (μένω στον παραδρομο με προσβαση αυτοκινήτου) με τη δικαιολογία ότι δεν χωράει το αυτοκίνητο. Σημειωτέον ότι όλες οι άλλες εταιρείες μπαίνουν κανονικότατα! Έτσι κι αλλιώς εκεί παρκαρω κι εγώ το δικό μου αυτοκίνητο. Όταν ρώτησα γιατί δεν μπαίνει ενώ είναι υποχρεωμένος και εφόσον το μπορούν όλες οι άλλες κούριερ, μου απάντησε ότι είναι εντολή άνωθεν!!! Η παραδοση έγινε στις 6/12/2021 11:15 π. μ.
