Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης..μόλις 3 λεπτά αο το ΚΤΕΛ και 15 λεπτά περπάτημα από την παραλία!!!Όλα καινούργια και πλήρως επιπλωμένο και εφοδιασμένο με όα τα απαραίτητα...Η κ.Ελένη που μας υποδέχτηκε..γκυκύτατη και εξυπγρετική!! Μπράβο!! Το προτείνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!! Nice and spotless room !! It is located in the center of the city just 3 minutes from the bus and 15 minutes walk from the beach !!! All new and fully furnished and equipped with the necessary ... Mrs. Eleni who welcomed us..buty and helpful! ! Well done!! I suggest it without a second thought !!
T	Terpsixori Georgaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαμονή...ΠΡΟΣ ΑΠΟΦΥΓΗ. Η προοπτική για ξένοιαστες διακοπές διαλύθηκε με την επιλογή του συγκεκριμένου καταλύματος. Η -ας πούμε- 'επιχείρηση' που το διαχειρίζεται αποδείχθηκε ΑΠΟΓΟΗΤΕΥΤΙΚΗ. Από την πρώτη μέρα μας 'κυνηγούσαν' πριν καν φτάσουμε στα διαμερίσματα για να πληρώσουμε. Αφού φτάσαμε εκεί, ζητήσαμε πληρωμή με κάρτα μέσω POS, αλλά μας ενημέρωσαν πως δεν υπήρχε αυτή η δυνατότητα διότι δεν υπήρχε POS στη κυπαρίσσια!! Είπαμε λοιπόν να κάνουμε κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό, οπότε μας έστειλαν ...έναν! Από μια τράπεζα μονάχα, γιατί όπως χαρακτηριστικά μας είπε ένας υπάλληλος 'έχουμε μια και καλή τράπεζα.δε χρειαζόμαστε άλλη'. Η επικοινωνία τόσο με τους υπαλλήλους από Αθήνα όσο και με το προσωπικό στη Κυπαρισσία, υπήρξε ιδιαιτέρως απογοητευτική και καθόλου εξυπηρετική. Τα προβλήματα συνεχίστηκαν, έχοντας εξοφλήσει το σύνολο του ποσού των δωματίων λίγες ώρες μετά την άφιξή μας (ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ, ΑΝ ΤΟ ΕΠΙΛΕΞΕΤΕ). Την επόμενη μέρα εντοπίσαμε μυρμήγκια στο ένα δωμάτιο καθώς και μια υποψία ύπαρξης ψύλλων. Όταν επικοινωνήσαμε το πρόβλημα με τους ιθύνοντες, αν και έδειξαν μια στοιχειώδη διάθεση αυτή περιορίστηκε σε έναν απλό καθαρισμό.Όταν μάλιστα τους ρωτήσαμε αν έχει γίνει η απαραίτητη απολύμανση, άρχισαν να 'μασάνε τα λόγια τους'. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου ή ακύρωση των υπολοίπων ημερών που μας έμεναν και επιστροφή για να μπορέσουμε να μείνουμε κάπου αλλού, αλλά αρνήθηκαν με τρόπο επιεικώς αντιεπαγγελματικό. Μια μέρα πριν φύγουμε, η καθαρίστρια μας ρωτάει για να βάλει τον μάστορα -ο οποίος ήταν πελάτης στο απέναντι δωμάτιο με τη σύζυγό του- προκειμένου να φτιάξει ένα χαλασμένο -πριν την διαμονή μας εκεί- σκίαστρο, το οποίο είχαμε δηλώσει εξ αρχής πως εμάς δε μας πείραζε που ήταν χαλασμένο. Έτσι, λοιπόν, παραβίαστηκαν και τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα για τον covid, αφού όπως σχετικά μας είπε 'τώρα είναι εδώ ο μάστορας, τι να κάνουμε;να το αφήσουμε έτσι για τους άλλους πελάτες;' -γιατί εμείς μάλλον δεν ήμαστε πελάτες, αλλά αντικείμενα οικονομικής εκμετάλλευσης. Accommodation ... TO AVOID. The prospect of a carefree vacation was dashed by the choice of this accommodation. The -let's say- 'business' that manages it turned out to be DISAPPOINTED. From day one, they 'chased' us before we even got to the apartments to pay. After we got there, we asked for payment by card via POS, but we were informed that this possibility did not exist because there was no POS in the cypress tree !! So we said to make a deposit in a bank account, so they sent us ... one! From a bank only, because as one employee characteristically told us 'we have one and a good bank. We do not need another'. The communication with both the employees from Athens and the staff in Kyparissia was very disappointing and not at all helpful. The problems continued, having paid the full amount of the rooms a few hours after our arrival (DO NOT DO IT IF YOU CHOOSE IT). The next day we spotted ants in a room as well as a suspected flea. When we communicated the problem with the people in charge, although they showed a basic disposition, this was limited to a simple cleaning. In fact, when we asked them if the necessary disinfection had been done, they started 'chewing their words'. We asked for a change of room or cancellation of the remaining days we had left and a return so that we could stay somewhere else, but they refused in a leniently unprofessional way. The day before we leave, the cleaner asks us to put the carpenter -who was a customer in the opposite room with his wife- in order to make a damaged -before our stay there- shade, which we had stated from the beginning that we do not we did not care that it was damaged. So, the health protocols for covid were violated, since as he told us 'now the carpenter is here, what should we do? Leave it like this for the other customers?' -because we were probably not customers, but objects of economic exploitation.
