★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσον αφορά το service, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και η επισκευή που ήθελα έγινε αυθημερόν.
Επίσης βρήκα εκεί ένα ανταλλακτικό που έψαχνα για μια σκούπα μου και άλλο ένα για το ατμοσίδερό μου, σε καλή τιμή και χωρίς να χρειαστεί να γυρίσω όλη την Αθήνα να το βρω.
 In terms of service, the service was impeccable and the repair I wanted was done the same day.
I also found there a spare part that I was looking for for a broom and another for my steam iron, at a good price and without having to go all over Athens to find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω για επισκευή πλυντηρίου πιάτων. Εξήγησα ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα. Μου είπαν ότι θα κοστίσει πολύ η επισκευή και δεν αξίζει. Οποιοσδήποτε άλλος στη θέση του θα χρέωνε επίσκεψη για να μου πει το ίδιο ακριβώς πράγμα. Πριν πάρω τηλέφωνο είχα ήδη μιλήσει με τους εξουσιοδοτημένους τεχνικούς της εταιρείας του πλυντηρίου, είχαν έρθει να δουν τη ζημιά και είχαν χρεώσει επίσκεψη χωρίς να επισκευάσουν τίποτα!!
I got a call to ask about a dishwasher repair. I explained what the problem was. I was told that the repair will cost a lot and is not worth it. Anyone else in his position would charge a visit to tell me the exact same thing. Before I got on the phone I had already talked to the authorized technicians of the laundry company, they had come to see the damage and had charged a visit without repairing anything !!
